Monthly Rentals in Kuljače

Lovely for our 1-month stay. The apartment was very clean, had lots of space for three of us, and had everything we needed. Excellent location that was very walkable to beaches, groceries, and restaurants. We swam in the ocean every day and loved the gorgeous sunsets over the water. It was easy to get in and out of Przno to visit other Montenegro sights, and we appreciated having an off-street parking spot for our rental car. Ivana was proactive in communicating, responsive to questions, and checked in to make sure all was going well. We would definitely come back!

Mico is a great host. He picked me up at the bus station saving me the taxi fee. He took me to the tourist office to register for my stay. He was extremely helpful getting me settled. He also pointed out restaurants and bakeries on the way to the apartment. You couldn't ask for a better host. A very kind and generous man. 5+ star rating.

Jelena and Igor were super nice. Everything worked out and was as described. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The hosts responded quickly to the request and helped. There was also a garage. Overall, we recommend the place and will be happy to come back! Thank you:)

We had an amazing month-long stay at Marina’s place in Budva! The location was perfect—just a 20-minute walk to both the old town and the beach, with plenty of food shops nearby, which made it easy to stock up. The apartment itself was cozy but just right for our needs, and we were able to cook meals often. The cleaning lady came every 10 days, which kept everything fresh and was a nice perk. We also enjoyed access to the pool and sauna once a week, which was a lovely bonus for relaxing. One note: there was a bit of moisture in the apartment, and we kept the windows open most of the time (even at night) to keep it fresh. This seems to be common in Budva and isn’t the apartment’s fault, but if you’re sensitive to moisture, it’s something to consider. Marina was fantastic—she responded to our messages immediately and was always so friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend staying here!
