the warm welcome by the host's parents made the experience 10 ++ When you are looking for a nice house in a beautiful area, you don't have to hesitate. When we left, we saw the nice manager again. She made for a nice end to a perfect stay. Of course, you don't rent for the manager, but if the house is already so nice and the care of the manager so sweet (with complete privacy!) they deserve an honorable mention.

House surrounded by greenery on the hills of Perugia, small but cozy and complete with all comforts. The terrace is very nice and with a beautiful view. Alessandro and his partner were always available and kind. Definitely can recommend.

Cozy and quiet apartment, despite being close to the train line, great bed. Maria Isabella is always ready to respond to our requests for access time and restaurants in the area. He made us find two glasses and a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate S. Valentino, which we loved. The apartment was equipped with coffee, tea, herbal teas and will smell with salt. We found all the detergents for cleaning and to do a washing machine. The pool is great for visiting the beautiful Umbri villages.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! Paolo’s place exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a secluded place in the country and also accessible with a rental car. From the warm welcome at the front gate to easy parking right next to our farm house, we knew we were in for a wonderful stay. We could spend months in this beautiful home. Paolo and Flora are a lovely couple. They have a cute little dog and three cats that are all very friendly. There was a bottle of red wine for us as well as fresh fruit and a big bottle of water. On the last night of our stay they cooked a lovely traditional Italian meal for us. Paolo’s communication was almost instant. He was also very thorough with his instructions on everything we needed to know about the house. I can’t say enough about this stay. And lastly the views from our house were breathtaking. We couldn’t get enough of the beautiful scenery! I highly recommend.
