Monthly Rentals in La Certosa

Such a quaint little place right in the residential neighborhoods of Venice. The home was tucked away and free of noise from the major tourist areas. I was able to walk most place and also easily able to jump in a bus boat to get around. The host was super friendly and helpful and provided lots of great information that made me feel so much more comfortable from beginning to end of my trip.

Valentina is delightful. A large helpful map with suggestions for dining was posted. Area was safe with locals dog walking and lovely spots for enjoying the lagoon which is located right out the front door. The unit was very clean with memory foam type mattress and Netflix was appreciated after daily activities. I do have some mobility issues and found the location perfect. One can take the water bus straight from the airport and get off at Guglie stop, walk a couple city block lengths to the coop entrance and then a couple more blocks to unit. One flight upstairs with twenty steps and sturdy handrail and you have arrived. I could do the distance in twenty minutes while using a cane. Conrad grocery store is close with anything needed to cook at home. Plenty of utensils are at the unit. It is an easy walk to water bus stop and Rialto. I was very comfortable and hope to return.

Very nice apartment, in a quiet and very accessible area close to the vaporetto stop. The accommodation was comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. The host was very responsive and gives good advice and directions for the arrival, departure and the course of the stay We enjoyed our stay at this place, we highly recommend this place.

We had a brilliant time in Paolo's flat. it was super clean, airy, felt spacious and had all the amenities, a dish washer and washing machine as well as all the kitchen equipment. Nothing was lacking and the bed was comfortable and the area quiet and the flat secure and easy to find. Paolo was so kind, he always went the extra mile to help us, even sorting out a panic about nothing with good humour! We spent a week here and would go back again in a flash. The Lido is quiet after the crowds of Venice but transport to Venice, the islands and the airport is easy and some lovely restaurants and walks nearby. Highly recommend.
