Great location, close to campus and plenty of food around

We loved our stay and the rental was of good value. William was very accommodating and commutative. Recommend and would stay again!

Dinh was amazing and a great communicator! I stayed a week and felt right at home. Travelled by myself and felt completely safe. Some people have mentioned things about the neighborhood but if you drive around it’s a nice place! So much good food around. Absolutely great deal! Space was clean with everything I needed and some extras, linens were fresh and smelled great. The only thing is I don’t recommend this for anyone tall, it was perfect for me in 5’3 but if I was 5’10 - 6 ft the basement rental wouldn’t be comfortable. I went to Dagwoods bar which is very much family time friendly atmosphere I felt right at home there too:) they have amazing & cheap food! I would stay here again if I came back to the area

This space is absolutely beautiful. Everything was so clean and our stay was so comfortable. We loved the apartment and were able to spend most of our weekend relaxing and hanging out. So many options for watching TV. The appliances are so high tech and the heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. What stood out most was the communication with Dominic. He was on top of everything and made us feel like we were friends rather than guests. His instructions were so easy to follow! I would HIGHLY recommend this apt. You won’t be sorry.
