Monthly Rentals in Lake Manatee

Of all of the Airbnbs that we've experienced, this one is by far the best. The condo is perfectly furnished with a lot of attention to detail, making it very comfortable. The corner unit is bright with tall ceilings. The view of the golf course and lake is wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped - nearly everything is new. The floorplan worked well for our family of three adults, with two ways to access the kitchen. The second bedroom and hall bathroom has a sliding door which essentially made it a second suite. The master bedroom was quite spacious with lots of storage and two huge closets. The den is a bonus with an extra window, additional seating and desk for remote work. We were also able to use the table in the kitchen nook as a second desk for working. Lots of extra lamps for light in the evening. Alex was incredibly helpful when we did need assistance. Esplanade has lots of amenities and activities and everyone is very friendly. PERFECT for a long term stay.

We had a lovely stay at the ‘Cottage in Parrish’. We’ve traveled to the Ellenton/Palmetto/Parrish area countless times to visit family and this property is really one of the best we’ve experienced (well located between all three towns)! The interior is exceptionally clean, appliances included! (I have extremely high standards!). The cottage is open and spacious; the main bedroom has built in privacy (which is not always guaranteed in a cottage/tiny home); the living area has thoughtfully placed window treatments (especially important if guests use the pull out couch); and it has the perfect amount of amenities. Our visit was quiet as well as incredibly safe and we enjoyed the tranquil, natural surroundings external to the cottage. All communications with the gracious host were excellent; Squeeze is very friendly and accessible, yet still gave generous space. We would definitely book again!

Very nice and spacious condo! Great view from the back patio and nice walkable area. Overall I was extremely pleased with everything.

Thomas’s place worked great for us. It was very clean and had what we needed. He was very attentive from start to finish
