Monthly Rentals in Lake Wylie

Melissa’s place was very welcoming and felt like home. She has everything available you need and it is in a great location. Very close to everything. She’s a great host and we would definitely love to use her place again!

Provided space and amenities were just right for our 2 teens, German Shepherd, wife & me. We have family friends in the area, so we are likely to return to this listing. We might bring our own kayaks next time just to balance out our options and in case the pontoon boat isn't available. I will remain a smidge jealous of the kitchen when I get home. My height-challenged spouse might've appreciated a step-stool for some cabinets and for using the clothes-dryer. We appreciated the selection of board games during the rainiest days and that the home seemed to be free of manufactured scents (like scented candles, etc.). Turns out, the water off the dock will yield some fun catfish catches. Cast southward and let it sit about 2 to 3 feet under a bobber. We baited our hooks with doughballs blended with cheese, Italian dressing, & brown sugar. Caught 8 in total during the last 2 days of our stay.

The cottage was absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and modern! We really enjoyed having sushi on the indoor patio! The host(s) went out of their way, by providing more than everything that was needed for an amazing stay! We would definitely love to stay again! It’s also close to Carowinds, which was the reason for our stay. Thank you so much for having us! We really enjoyed!

Jeff’s place was a peaceful, quiet spot for our weekend trip to go hiking in the area. It has the basics for meal prep or warm up, small frig space. My son is 6’1” and could not stand up fully in shower but we saw that noted in previous review before booking. I slept in loft which was great space, comfortable mattress and my son slept on couch - fold out needs some repair/new mattress. Overall space met our needs for the weekend and at a descent price.
