Fantastic stay! The cabin was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. Had everything we needed (tea, coffee, sugar, etc.) Exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking. The bed was amazing - best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. Easy to find, very central location but quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely recommend!

We loved our stay in the cottage! The kitchenette was fully quipped for you to make almost anything. Hosts were very helpful prior to our arrival and the cottage was everything we expected. A very comfortable spot in between Vik and Diamond beach.

The apartment is absolutely sufficient for 2 people and corresponds 100% to the description. It really has everything you need for daily life. An ideal location to see the northern lights without light pollution. Important: as you can see in the photos, it is in the middle of nowhere, so an SUV is recommended. And the nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive away, as I said you are in the middle of nowhere. However, you can reach many interesting destinations on the south coast and the Golden Circle very easily (max. 1.5 hours by car). So we can recommend the apartment 100%.

Gunnar is a great host and his instructions were very helpful. The house is located in a beautiful peaceful environment and ideal for seeing the Northern Lights (with luck). The place was functional and very clean.
