Monthly Rentals in Lat Bua Khao

It's a lovely house with a well-equipped kitchen. Air-con, heater, etc, are working well. But location is not great. At least 30min drive to attractions. Also had an issue with communication at the start because host was not responsive. Host said they do not have a full-time admin and that there will be a stay-in housekeeper. In reality, there was no housekeeping done. Which was ok just that we felt misled into the idea that there will be housekeeping. Note that we were told there are floor mattresses in each bedroom but we only managed to find 1 mattress. Ants is an issue. Toilet drain choked. Washing machine initially down but the housekeeper managed to fix. Not a bad place. Just need to manage expectations.

This place is great! If your looking for something different from a boring hotel room this is it. It's locate in the beautiful mountains near Pak Chong. In the beginning a bit hard to find but maps will guide you and Ataphon will help you. He is verry friendly and helped us immediately as we arrived. You should have or get some kind of vehicle tho, because this place is pretty rural. House was clean and like the pictures. Ataphon has super friendly staff that keeps the place clean and is there every day to make your stay as good as possible. I can only recommend if your looking for something relaxing instead Bkk city center. Thank you for having us!

Ace’s cabin was an absolute dream! The space was beautiful, spotless, light-filled, and spacious. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful stay. The outdoor kitchen was well-equipped with a large fridge, microwave, and hotplate. The WiFi was excellent, with no connectivity issues. We took a few zoom calls at the kitchen table, making our friends jealous. We loved the privacy, the peaceful surroundings, and the farm feeling while still being within driving distance of activities. The outdoor spaces were great – a lovely deck where we spent most of our time. My favourite: Relaxing on the deck in the bean bags, and watching the sunset while birds danced in front of us. We were surprised by all the nearby activities, including art galleries with cosy cafés, serene temples, and a horse farm (can book riding lessons) or just enjoy a coffee.

The accommodation was fantastic. Quiet location by car but quickly in the action. The pool was great and the residents and staff very friendly and helpful. SansaNeeya was also very kind and responsive. The check-in description was accurate. The space was clean as everyone should take off their shoes. I especially liked that :-)
