Monthly Rentals in Lauderhill

Had an enjoyable stay with my son & daughter at Stephanie's place. Very relaxing patio area with pool, clean BBQ grill, and lots of comfortable outdoor seating. Beds were comfy. The kitchen and all rooms were well stocked with everything we needed. Stephanie is a very responsive host as she quickly resolved a small issue we had on the same day! I would stay at her place again!

Tamara was an AMAZING host!! She was very responsive, and answered all of my questions. The unit was very clean, centralized to everything & perfect for what we needed it for.

Ruth is an amazing host and lovely woman. Very friendly and welcoming. She is very prompt to respond to any questions. Communication and check in is top notch. It’s a gated community so security is not an issue. The place is amazing. Very spacious living room with numerous areas to sit, extremely comfortable recliner chair and many rocking chairs both inside and on the balcony. Dining room/table is awesome. Easily sits 7 people. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials. Ruth even has a beautiful china set in the cupboards. Appliances are all in excellent condition and working. Bathroom is of good size. No issues with hot water or pressure. Bedroom is also of good size. Comfortable queen sized bed with ceiling fan if you need. There is a steamer should you need it. There are plenty of extra linens and towels so you won’t run out. Both televisions work. Exercise equipment available should you want a work out. For your convenience, there is a coin operated washer/dryer on the floor. Bring your own quarters. Many wonderful restaurants and Publix supermarket are all a 10 minute drive or less. Many great beaches are also within short driving distance. Now for the icing on the cake. Fantastic and amazing views from the balcony. The sunrise, sunset, views of the guitar hotel and many great landscapes are mesmerizing. You can spend hours just chilling on the balcony. As stated earlier, Ruth has rocking chairs and even a table and chairs for two people to enjoy lunch/dinner/drinks outdoors. You won’t be disappointed.

Catalina is superb host. She responded very quickly and provided what was needed. The place was just as beautiful as seen in the pictures. I highly recommend it and would stay again.
