Apartment holiday rentals in Leigh-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea

Stayed here for 3 nights as was visiting my sister who lives nearby, everything was as described, nice was very kind and very helpful! My only issue is was the amount of stairs (with a baby/pram) that said I would stay here again 100%, thanks nico for a welcoming stay!

Janet and Lloyd's home was our initial landing place for our move to the UK from North America. Impeccably outfitted, decorated, and well provisioned. Convenient connections to London as well as backyard access to the Kentish countryside complete with vineyards, golf, history, walking trails, and of course - pubs. Thank you for everything during our stay, Janet!

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

We had a lovely family break at Sonya’s place. The property is in a quiet residential area which was easy to find with plenty of parking. Inside was bright, welcoming and comfortable. The kids (aged 7 and 5) enjoyed the games room, the PS4, the breakfast bar and the option to eat on the balcony! We didn’t need one of the bedrooms & it meant the kids had extra space if they wanted which was handy. It was really relaxing indoors & we had everything we needed. We recommend Rossi’s ice cream bar & Padrino pizzeria on Westcliffe beach, Belfairs Park/ nature reserve, Adventure Island & Chalkwell Park (if travelling with kids) and of course Sonya’s place! We’d stay again.

Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Nice place , central to where I was working in both central London and Kent. Close to the supermarket and a local shop. Everything I needed was in the kitchen. Overall a great stay

Beautiful place to stay in the Essex countryside. Price was extremely fair compared to a previous air BnB about 3 miles away and a lot smaller! Williams property was clean and well kept. A very comfortable sleep and lovely hot showers , would highly recommend

fantastic apartment walking distance from Lakeside shopping centre. apartment was clean and all amenities available. Beds were really comfortable. 2 bathrooms. Walk in shower was really powerful. Great sleep. Quiet in the block Host was great. super communication from start to finish. checked in to make sure everything was OK and answered any queries quickly. Highly recommend.

Anwar’s place is fab! Very big one bed flat. Great bed. Super comfortable. I think it was a memory foam combination . Lovely big bathtub and powerful shower. Kitchen was well kitted to cook in with proper fridge freezer, gas cooker, kettle etc. I didn’t use the washing machine but great there was one there. The lounge was a lovely size and sofa really comfy. Central to airport. Just minutes drive away. And Rochford centre about 17 min walk. Selection of takeaways. Chinese, fish and chips, Turkish and Indian. I ordered some lovely food from Spice. ( Indian) Handy mini market shop on parade where flat is. Useful for milk, wine etc. Nice to see the horse in The field opposite the flat. Anwar is lovely. Friendly and helpful. Excellent at responding quickly. I really enjoyed my 9 night stay. Good place to stay. Customer service 10/10 Received a phone call make sure we got ok there and the message in the evening to make sure we were fine. Firt evening when my son was taking a shower the power was cut but problem sort it in 5 minutes. Excellent location and great and helpful host. We had a great time. I recommend.

This is the second time myself and my partner have stayed. Alexander is a wonderful host and couldn’t ask for more in terms of facilities and the location of the property. Always such a lovely place to stay and I’ll definitely be back again soon. Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at Leah’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, incredibly cozy, and had such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fireplace was a perfect touch, adding to the charm and making the space feel extra special. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed stay. I can’t wait to come back.

We had the most relaxing time. the accommodation was perfect, it really did look like the photos. It felt very clean and was so calming and peaceful. we loved the woodfire hot tub, and all the people that's dotted about at night time. it all felt so cosy and calm. I definitely recommend adding on an hour to your departure!

Lovely home and easily walkable to either Chatham or Rochester. No complaints at all! Also the hot tub is lovely to relax in of an evening

Andrew’s was a great host, he responded to us very quickly and went the extra mile to make sure all our needs were sorted. The place was very clean and cosy and the hot tub was perfect. The location of the Airbnb is perfect as it’s close to loads of restaurants and shopping centers. I’d highly recommend this place and it’s 100% worth the money.
