Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Leigh-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea

We had the pleasure of staying for an entire month in this immaculate property where we immediately felt at home. Located in a quiet residential area but close to local amenities the facilities are excellent and the hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

Beautiful cottage! Jan was responsive and helpful to our requests. Spent just one night for a wedding but will go back. The cottage is beautiful and Jan left an unexpected welcome basket. Would definitely recommend

Good little find for the weekend with family at a great price. Niro great host who responded & communicated well. Brought some issues to their attention which were rectified immediately along with confirmation that they had been fulfilled even after I had left. It’s good to know that animals are welcome as I do struggle to find accommodation that accepts dogs. Would recommend niros place as it’s ideally located too.

Tyler was always happy assist with any queries we had about he guests stay and proactively responsive with messages and information that made it as smooth and as an easy process as possible. Recommendations and further assistance was provided and a great host we will use again in the future.

A perfect home away from home! The caravan is in a great location and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The caravan is spacious, with a bonus of having outside decking and seating that looks out onto the sea. There are activities on the park (including an outdoor heated swimming pool which is a bonus, in addition to a shop, restaurant and clubhouse which had some good entertainment. This was all shared in my welcome email which was greatly received. The place was really clean and the added welcome gift from Shanice was a really nice gesture. I would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed another stay at Colleen's caravan. It's such a nice spot to sit out on the veranda and watch the sun go down. Very quiet part of the site, with quiet neighbours. Enjoyed some nice dog walks at Minster On Sea, Shellness and Barton's Point. The caravan has everything you need to cook if you want to. The wifi is a nice bonus and helps to keep youngsters happy.

A great stay! Beautiful view! Simple & perfect for a family or couple. We had a bumpy start with some water problems & miscommunication with the cleaner. My husband & I sorted it, Silvia got back to us, she was very apologetic & sorted things from her end, which was appreciated. The caravan was perfect for our family - two toilets, two children's bedrooms, plenty of seating space in the living room. The Smart TV was a bonus. The view is magnificent! I am sad to leave! We were missing a few amenities which had been listed, we brought some of our own so was never a problem, I really wanted to try the coffee pods & machine as I don't have one at home - hopefully next time! The shower was surprisingly spacious, piping hot & powerful. Plenty of towels & linen. The campsite was amazing! It had a well stocked shop, I didn't need to bring food. The access wasn't free as you need passes which are checked, we paid £25 for the week for us all, it was well worth it! Can't wait to come again!!

We had a great stay in David’s caravan. We booked last minute, but David was great with communication. The caravan itself was super clean and had everything in it that you would need! It has such lovely views, and was in close walking distance to everything on site.

Had a great stay. Was exactly like the photo. Really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and snacks for kids. Really hoping to stay again in the summer

Colin had a lovely cabin for my family to stay in, peaceful, private and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed the ping pong table especially, definitely worth the price and would highly recommend!!

Stayed here for 3 nights as was visiting my sister who lives nearby, everything was as described, nice was very kind and very helpful! My only issue is was the amount of stairs (with a baby/pram) that said I would stay here again 100%, thanks nico for a welcoming stay!

We had a wonderful night away at Sunflower Stay for my son’s birthday. Having a fully enclosed area outside of the bell tent meant we could also take our Beagle to join the fun. Being so close to the animals was amazing and we all enjoyed feeding them :) We took a 15 minute stroll to the seafront, had lots of local takeaways to choose from for our evening meal and enjoyed toasting marshmallows around the fire pit before bed. A magical, natural, wholesome adventure - thank you Cher & Reuben! We will be recommending to our family and friends <3 xx

Extremely clean. Sauces etc in kitchen was unexpected and a very nice touch . Ditto Extra duvets, pillows in wardrobes. Shampoo etc in bathroom. Single beds very comfy. Double bed has a firm mattress. Very nice stay. Would definitely stay here again

Our stay at Jane's place was lovely. The cottage is very clean and has everything you need. Beautiful garden and terrace. Quiet in the evenings. We loved it here and had a great stay. Jane was very friendly and respects your privacy. This is a superhost.
