Beautiful and very clean apartment. Completely renovated and equipped with everything you need. In a slightly dated condominium you would never imagine such a pearl is hidden. Definitely one of the most beautiful apartments we have had so far. Mr. Ezio is very thoughtful and kind. Located in a very strategic area, you can reach the beach and various restaurants, Bistro Supermercati and the long street of Lido degli Estensi in a few minutes. Nonetheless, a very peaceful area. Special congratulations on the impeccable cleanliness. We had a great time.

The penthouse apartment is very spacious and has a wonderful terrace. Everything is absolutely clean and the amenities are top notch. Adriana and her husband are wonderful hosts, here you can really only give five stars!

We including our dog felt very comfortable and despite cold outside temperatures it was cuddly warm inside. The February deserted beach is only 400m away. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Only the wifi could be a little faster and more stable, but on vacation you should sit less in front of the computer / mobile phone anyway:-)

What can I say... everything is perfect! Flavio and Moira are affable, reliable, and professional hosts. The building is in an optimal position, directly on the beach so very convenient even for those with children (Bagno 41 da Nicola, highly recommended!). The accommodation is really nice, recently renovated, clean and very well equipped (the kitchen is very appreciated, very functional!). We spent about a week relaxing! Definitely to keep in mind for other holidays in the area!
