Monthly Rentals in Lille

The place is perfect for students as you have your own room to study and the living room and kitchen are big enough. It was close to public transport and had all the things necessary to live perfectly. Aurelie is very kind and is always available for any issues that arise. I would really recommend this place!

Cozy little apartment on a quiet and safe street. The internet was good for remote work and the apartment is a short walk to the metro.

The flat has a perfect location if you wish to explore Lille. Right next to all of the attractions of the Old Town and a wide variety of restaurants, boutiques, bakeries etc. but also two steps away from a beautiful Citadel park. It’s comfortably furnished with anything you need to feel like home (I stayed for a full month during my language course), including a functional kitchen, modern bathroom and a separate bedroom. There is a small closet to store your clothes. Self check-in is very convenient and the host is very responsive. Be aware that the location will also mean that the area is „alive” on weekend evenings (which offers its perks), but it isn’t very loud at night inside of the appartment. I would definitely come back if I revisit Lille.

We had a pleasant stay in François-Xavier's accommodation. It is in the heart of old Lille which is very convenient to visit. The accommodation is clean and quiet.
