Nicole was so responsive and kind. We needed an iron and board and she provided it with no problem. It was a perfect little stay for a weekend away so that we could visit a nearby college.

Walter’s place is one of our favorite places for my boyfriend and I to say. This was our second time staying and we had the most wonderful time!! It is such a nice place that we chose to have a staycation there! The Good Life Market below us was delicious and always had what we needed. So good, we bought food to take home with us, too. We stayed in while it snowed and just enjoyed each others company in the comfort of the loft. Absolutely hoping to stay here again, thank you so much for having us!!! Walter is the most wonderful host!!

Our group of 9 had a fantastic time. Everything about the house was exactly what we were looking for and then some. I imagine the place is equally great during the summer months as it is in the winter between the indoor fireplace, both outdoor fireplaces - one close to the house and one down by the shore - and the indoor spaces. We never felt cramped and the kitchen easily accommodated all we needed for cooking and storage. While we got lucky with the lake being frozen this winter, the highlights are definitely the privacy of the lake, the pool table, the bedrooms for all to get a bed and options for private rooms or group rooms, and Eva as a host. Aside from being both responsive and accommodating, she truly allowed us to feel relaxed before we even showed up. Would definitely consider booking again in the future.

We enjoyed our short stay (2 nights) at Joanne’s place. Great location and nice house which had everything needed: comfortable beds, new equipment, dishes etc. Our dog loved exploring fenced backyard and sleeping in doggie bed provided. An extra bonus was gas fireplace on the porch. It was very cozy to sit around it on a cool October night with a glass of red wine😊
