Monthly Rentals in Little River

We had an incredible stay at Gary & Loretta's cottage Thanksgiving weekend! We were in town for the Tech-UVa game and this place more than exceeded our expectations! Gary met us upon arrival and walked us through the house. The house is beautifully decorated, and they have thought of EVERYthing! We were able to take advantage of hiking their property on the well-maintained and marked trails. We were able to enjoy morning coffee with delicious cinnamon rolls that they provided for us. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and the 4 of us truly loved the place. We are already planning on events we can go to in the future just so we can return! I was also impressed with the responsiveness to any questions we had and communication was outstanding! If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway, or just want to feel like you are at home, then look no further! Thanks again to both of you!

This tiny house was an absolute gem! Perfect for a solo retreat in the winter. It was so cold and windy out but I felt completely warm and cozy in the well appointed cabin. It had everything I needed including a great kitchen set up and a sweet little sleeping nook with a TV. Wi-Fi, parking outdoor space with fire pit was also very much appreciated. Enjoyed checking out nearby Floyd. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks to the hosts!

This super cozy cabin in the woods was perfect for a weekend in the mountains! It was quaint and comfortable and convenient to Floyd. We loved sitting by the wood burning fireplace in the living room and the bed was super comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!
