Holiday rentals with beach access in Lombardy

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed getting the ferry to locations on the lake as well as driving around it. There is air-con in the main living room, but the bedroom was very warm. We were also surprised by a few things we don’t remember reading about in the listing before booking such as the amount of steps to get up to the apartment which was difficult with heavy suitcases, and the pot on the side for €3 cash per night tourist tax which we would have expected to be included in the price like with the other Airbnb’s we stayed at.

An amazing place that afforded the best opportunity to explore Malcesine and other close by towns. Location truly allowed for relaxation and enjoyment. Great access to the tram to Monte Baldo allowing access to many outdoor activities. The home was amazing and was exactly as described. We easily made meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the patio while eating, relaxing and napping. Beds were comfortable and provided a wonderful nights rest. We would absolutely stay here again!

Elena is a very kind and responsive host. She recommended what to do on New Year's Eve. Clean, spacious and well organized apartment. Above all, come back in the summer.

A nicer place is hard to find around Como lake. Such a beautiful house and close to impossible to find a caring host together. It makes the most sense to stop looking for another place and book a place with great service. Thanks for everything

The apartment is really totally nice and clean, we felt very comfortable. We were there with our 2 year old child, the location is perfect for that. We benefited a lot from the pool! Giuseppe was a great host and takes great care.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed every day and did a lot. Since it was low season, some restaurants in the area (including the 50m from the property) had closed. Through some research, we were able to find a few (Alberho Paradiso, Pizzeria Concordia). The accommodation itself had everything to offer, communication with the host impeccable.

Great rental, exactly as described. walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and bars.

We stayed in 8 people and the spaces were ideal, comfortable, and compliant with the description and photos. Fabian and Emira, they were both very responsive in their communications and promptly helped us with the issues we had. The location of the house is in a very quiet and comfortable residential area to reach both the city of Limone and Saló within halfanhour by car.

We had a great time, the house is very bright and equipped with everything, in a quiet area and close to the center... upon our arrival Anna and Niko, they paid us a welcome arrival both for us and for my two dogs... We recommend it to all those who want to explore the beauties of Desenzano and its surroundings by staying overnight in a familiar and private environment and close to all the attractions of the lake

Our stay at Andrea's place was just great! The view from the apartment is really incomparable – just like the pictures, if not even more impressive. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, tidy and stylishly furnished. The location is unique, and the air and flair of the surroundings are easy to fall in love with. Andrea was an incredibly warm host who made our stay extra special. Absolutely recommended!

Emanuela and Thomas welcomed us to their home for a weekend away. The accommodation is very functional, clean and charming. Emanuela and Thomas were very responsive and very kind during our stay. We will be back!

A super great Airbnb. We were as a small family with my mom and our twins (7 months). It was all very practically furnished and you had lots of space. Everything was very easy to reach on foot and with our stroller (: Alessandra was incredibly nice ! It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to the city with restaurants/ice cream parlors/beach etc. Also here we never had any problems with the stroller or in general with children. They were always very friendly. The Airbnb is perfect for families, great location and yet very quiet, great starting point for excursions.

Kathi’s place was an absolute delight to stay in! The views were something else - that was the immediate selling point for my wife and I! Sure, there were steps to navigate to get to the place but I’d say it was worth it! Kathi was also very friendly and flexible, which we absolutely appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here; if we ever find ourselves going back to Como, we’re definitely choosing this listing again! 110% recommended to all potential guests!

we spent 4 nights at Lorena's. We had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The accommodation was easy to drive to and the driveway has plenty of space for 2 cars. Lorena met us at the accommodation to show us around. We had a delicious aperitifs and tiramisu waiting for us. The accommodation was very comfortable and quaint. The outside area was very spacious with a wonderful view looking over the lake and of Saló across the lake. The bed was comfortable (it's quite firm but believe it's memory foam. So no hard springs) The centre of Saló is about a 30-40min walk from the accommodation. There are 2 beach bars en route. A great base to travel around the lake especially if you have a car. We would happily stay again if we ever visit Lake Garda.

We had a wonderful stay. Michele and his family were so friendly and helpful. We took our dog, and Michele sister as a vet was able to provide the services needed for our return trip. Michele also offered a taxi service to help us get our car from the garage and my mum to the train station. We can’t thank him enough for making our stay go well. We were able to walk down to the lake edge, the local restaurant the Blue Shell was amazing and we loved going to the little local shop also in walking distance for supplies.

We had a great time at Lake Como. Communication with Enzo was super easy and the Air BnB looks like the pictures. We felt right at home. However, the place could have been something cleaner. The lake is only a two minute walk away and a bus stop is also not far away.

The apartment is in a great location close to the ferry, and close to the central part of Varenna where restaurants and bars and grocery shops are. Also close to the Monastero gardens, and the path up to the castle. The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms, living area, outside deck area, kitchen, small porch, full bathroom. It is off the main street so is very quiet. At this time of year in November many places are closed so need to check what is open. The ferry across to Bellagio is well worth the trip with boats running almost every 30 minutes.

We stayed in a very private house with beautiful old olive trees in the large garden and direct private access to the lake. It doesn't get any better than that! It was quiet and very well-kept. Nicola is a super host. He is always available and has good tips for a comfortable stay. We have felt very comfortable and come back very gladly! Thanks for everything 🥰

Andrea’s apartment was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The kitchen was well-equipped and Andrea provided many recommendations of places to see, restaurants, and local amenities. The apartment is a little further away from the downtown areas and ferry terminals than we expected, but it meant a lovely walk along the water everyday. This beautiful location and the lovely little cafe across the street are highly recommended.

The exquisite location of the apartment, and the lake view.. This itself is a resting place and an energy charging element. At least for me.. I only want to spend a month here with time...

We felt very comfortable. The view view on the lake is priceless. Yes, there is a street under the apartment, but this did not bother us. In the kitchen, everything you need is very clean and not worn. Also otherwise it was very clean and the bed comfortable. Check-in was super easy, as Alessandro sent me detailed pictures and was therefore very easy to find. He was also quick to respond to questions. Thanks for that 😊 If we are in the area we will be happy to come back.

There is so much to boast about Andreas place and it still Would not do it justice. Andreas place was just as described and as the pictures show. The place is pristine and I cannot put into words the view that greets you, just insanely beautiful. Andrea provides clear instructions, recommendations on what to see and do, which I would suggest you follow as so many beautiful places within the recommendations and definitely worth the visit. Andrea is an attentive host answering all your questions and ensuring your stay is positive. Andrea’s place will not disappoint you, its so peaceful and we are incredibly sad to be leaving today. When arranging Andrea’s recommendation was to hire a car which was great advice and allowed us to explore lake Como to its fullest. We cannot wait to come back and haven't even left Italy yet.
