There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Our villa of about 135 square meters is located on one floor, it is equipped with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is also for the disabled), a bright kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed overlooking two large terraces. Garage with another bathroom and a large garden with a barbecue. The tourist tax is to be paid on site and is an extra cost of E. 1.50 per day per adult and child over the age of 14 (over the seventh day free of charge).

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
