Great place to spend a holiday in peace and quiet! The host, Damiano, and the keeper, Fabrizio, are super friendly. Fabrizio helped a lot answering all our questions and providing all necessary instructions during the check in, also advising local places for sightseeing, grocery stores etc.. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and colleagues and thinking to return back there in summer time.

The place was very easy to find & reach with the host's previously sent video. The last few meters were a bit difficult but doable. The AirBnB has a super nice location and you definitely have your peace and quiet. Was very clean, we only had one stain on the carpet, but this one doesn't mind. You should definitely have the basics you need to cook for yourself (soap, spices, oil, sugar, salt, garbage bags, etc.), but these are nothing bad. All in All we had a very nice stay & the pool was of course the highlight next to the view. A cat visited us too:) Communication with the host went smoothly, if we had a question, it was answered in the next few minutes. We were able to check in & out independently, which we personally found very good and easy. Overall, I would book the AirBnB again at any time. It was a very nice holiday

Everything was wonderful.

We were received in a very friendly manner and even received active support in carrying the luggage in. Francesco was always available and gave us great tips. We felt very comfortable in this top clean, beautiful apartment with its own lake access and beautiful views. The kitchen was super equipped and had everything you needed. Our children (8&5 years) loved the small playground in front of the apartment and the free access to the lake at all times. Thank you Francesco for the great time in your apartment,we would definitely recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back next year!

We stayed at the farm for a family Christmas. Homes and spaces have largely exceeded all guests' expectations. All rooms have a bathroom, and the kitchen is exceptional, equipped with everything. The table had been prepared with care and style, and there was ample space for the kids to play. The common spaces are even equipped with a fireplace and outside there is a garden with some games. The patio, sunny in the morning, has white chairs. Giovanna was welcoming and kind in meeting all our questions or requests and the place is really special. Highly recommended.

A very special, wonderful place. Patrizia is a warm and caring host! The apartment is lovingly decorated, the terrace with a jacuzzi and a great view...meraviglioso! Our boys slept in the attic, a highlight already at the beginning of the holidays. The breakfast with noisy local and homemade treats...sensational! There is a lot to explore, Patrizia will be happy to show. Unfortunately we were only 1 night there in transit…highly recommended!!

The accommodation is one of the best places I have visited. It is located in the middle of a horse stable and has everything you need, including towels. Perhaps the only issue we faced was that we couldn't lock the door when we left, but the whole place is secured by a remote-controlled gate, so it felt very safe. In fact, we dropped a glove, and one of the staff members brought it back to us the next day. The hosts were very friendly, kind, and responsive. They even recommended snow spots when we asked them. I highly recommend this place!

As many comments already said, this place is absolutely perfect for dogs. Our little dog had a great time running around the enclosed garden and "chatting" with the friendly neighbour dogs. We also really enjoyed the garden, as we live in the city this The house is small but clean and comfortable, a nice surprise was the huge TV mounted in the bedroom. Serena was a very friendly and uncomplicated hostess. All in all we had a really enjoyable stay!

Beautiful views, private, peaceful and a great location to explore the different towns around the lake!

We spent only one night here but absolutely fell in love with the house, the surrounding and the views. We had everything we needed, even a small private garden is provided. The rooms are big and very clean and the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Dear Deborah, thank you for the great time in this beautiful cottage. I was able to enjoy the short break to the fullest. The view from the terrace is outstanding! 😊 I felt very comfortable and above all welcome from the beginning. This accommodation is absolutely recommended! The contact with the landlords was very friendly and warm from the beginning. No question remained unanswered. I got great tips for hikes and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity of the house start great hiking trails, among other things, to two waterfalls! Thank you for the great time! 🤗

it was a pleasure to hold an artist retreat there, the hosts were super friendly and they serve breakfast as well :) we had our privacy and you can get most necesseties in a couple of minutes. we would gladly come again.

From the first chat with Mrs. Laura we felt her extreme kindness and cordiality. We were 3 families with children and a grandmother and we found the house extremely comfortable, especially everything corresponding to what was described... and even more! We also found a corner with little houses and toys, balloons, high alms, and slides for children: unexpected and useful for entertaining children. The kitchen was stocked with everything and we also used the barbecue. The cleanliness was really impeccable: from the windows to the drawers of the closets, from the linens to the dishes. The bedrooms were spacious and functional; the bathroom in every room is the plus! Common areas like the kitchen, living room, and terrace were perfect for being together. Mrs. Laura and her husband were hospitable, discreet but always available: a really exquisite family! Thanks again, we had a special Easter!

We had a wonderful time with Elena in the upper house. We absolutely liked it, as in the pictures, clean, well equipped, quiet location, ideal for relaxing. We cooked every day in a super equipped kitchen, used herbs from the garden, were hiking a lot and discovered a lot. Elena was easy to reach, helped us with luggage transport, was always responsive with good tips. The church bells ring every hour, for us it was no problem, rather peaceful. We were very lucky with the weather, an absolutely relaxing stay and will be very, very happy to come back. Our dog also felt very comfortable. Everything was perfect for us.

The area and location was very beautiful and calm. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The stay in the cottage was relaxing, due to its peripheral location we recommend using a car. But the moment you cross its threshold, you find yourself immersed in a really pleasant atmosphere, even for our little dog. The host was courteous in every respect. Recommended.

A very nice week spent with the family in the heights and freshness (welcome!) of Lake Como and the beautiful city of Varenna. The place is located in a natural setting. We were surprised to discover a hot tub! The exteriors are very nice and well equipped ( garden furniture, sun loungers) . The interior is very as described. A good location to explore Lake Como by day. we also spent a day in Milan taking the train to Varenna. Patrizia was very responsive to any inquiries.

Beautiful place, amazing view. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The only problem was that the wifi was not very strong and worked mainly in the living room.

Cottage delle fate is a dream come true; the garden is very very spacious, and the house has multiple spots to relax at every hour of the day. Paola is a very responsive and lovely host. We felt very welcome!

Marino was super friendly and accommodating and always there when you had questions, good tips for restaurants and olive oil from their own trees, just bought 7 liters :-). The garden and views are a dream, but unfortunately not quite private, as we thought. For the hefty price, a real bed would be recommended instead of a sofa bed.
