Monthly Rentals in Long Island

My stay at cape cis was great! Roddy & Kim were wonderful host. They were very helpful and responsive. The house was very comfortable, a bit small but alright for a few days. And the kitchen and bathroom were very clean. and filled with all the utilities I needed. However, I wished the space had a vacuum or a broom. I spilled some sand and I had no easy way to clean it up. Overall it was a great stay and I would come again.

…. The Swan This is such a wonderful vacation home. It accommodated the 5 of us and even though we left our pups at home the host has many dog friendly comforts for furry friends. The home is very clean, roomy, has every amenity, kitchen and otherwise, needed. Large yard with beautiful trail to the beach. Beach is gorgeous and private. We walked to it several times and we were the only ones there. I was even lucky enough to find a perfect sand dollar. The host is very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this home if you want a top notch air bb experience. Thank you so much!

This property is a Lovely getaway. Located 1 block from the main road, made this peaceful and within walking distance of absolutely everything in Ocean Park. We had a Fabulously relaxing weekend at this cottage for 2. Plenty of room inside and out. The gardens are well kept and ready to burst into spring bloom. When time allows, we will be back.

Jack was a wonderful host! The house was super cute and in a great location walkable to the beach, multiple restaurants, and a grocery store. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook home made meals, having a washer and dryer was awesome, and the beds were super comfy! Being able to stay here with our pets made our move to the area go smoothly and we were able to find jobs and permanent housing while also being cozy in an actual house for a while.
