Holiday rentals with a balcony in Los Angeles

Ari's quaint home is situated in an ideal neighborhood close to lots of great areas. Location is great, home is great, ambiance is great. He's done an excellent job of creating a small oasis in a semi-busy neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay at Drew’s place. The home was exactly as pictured. We got in pretty late, however his detailed instructions made check in a breeze. The place was super cozy and more than enough room for my fiancé and I. Location was amazing with plenty of places nearby to eat. We were in LA for a quick trip to Disney and so Drew’s place was ideal as it was only a 15 minute drive. Kitchen was equipped with everything you can possibly need to make a meal. Bed was comfortable with extra blankets if needed. We felt extremely safe at this location. No loud noises in the middle of the night, very quiet location. We had a long 16 hour day at Disney, and drew was accommodating with our checkout time the next day which was extremely nice. He was very responsive and checked in periodically which was nice as well. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Stayed in Santa Monica for a Christmas family reunion and loved it! The place was fantastic, and the host went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet there were plenty of things to do nearby. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Lynne's magical Topanga Cottage -- the most beautiful part of LA. You can start to feel the wonder on the ride in. This is our second time at the cottage and we'll be back. It's both cozy and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, great towels, and everything you need. Not to mention the yurt! Lynne is responsive from start to finish, giving us great recommendations for the area. It's our little spot in LA, and we couldn't be happier.

This is the most interesting Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I loved it so much! As a host, Kari was very hospitable and always responsive. She had great energy, and I was impressed by how creative she was in designing and decorating her studio. The studio is pop-art themed and equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay, whether you stay a few days or longer than a month. It has a fun vibe, and it’s clear every detail has been carefully thought out. The bathroom was my favorite. It had a trippy vibe and was squeaky clean. The patio was also wonderful. It’s a very peaceful spot to work from or relax. As for the location, it is right in the center of Silver Lake, one of LA’s most popular neighborhoods. Restaurants, coffee shops and movie theaters are all within walking distance. And Hollywood, Echo Park, DTLA are very close by. All in all, my stay at Kari’s was a 10/10. I highly recommend her place!

Barbra’s place has an absolutely amazing view! I cannot wait to stay here again. Her place is so COMFY with the BEST location, close to EVERYTHING! Parking was superb. She is a top notch host. Thank you again for everything.

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

The beach home is perfect for a family. There are three separate floors, each hosting a bedroom and bathroom. The furniture and decor are wonderfully put together. There are also lots of beach towels, chairs and surfboards to complete your vacation. Finally, the bikes are wonderful to explore the green belt at sunset beach. I can't wait until my next visit.

Kevin’s place is perfect. It is easy to find and access. Loved the interior decor and open layout. The loft has a cool spiral staircase and comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and had a welcome bowl of goodies we enjoyed! Kevin is an excellent host and responds quickly to any questions. I highly recommend Kevin’s place and would definitely return.
