Holiday rentals with a pool in Los Angeles

My recent stay at Mani’s property was a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Our stay was great! Eric is very communicative. When the battery on the front door lock died, he had it fixed within a half hour. It seems like Eric thought of anything we might need to have in the house.

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

Ashton’s place is a real gem. It’s spacious, warm & inviting. We loved the Old Los Angeles Spanish architecture, the many comfortable rooms for sitting and looking out at the Los Feliz neighborhood skyline, and the uncluttered choice of decor. We thought the decor had a great attention to detail, making an already spacious home feel even bigger. We were just a group of 3, but we could imagine that even bigger groups would have lots of different areas to hang out in. Our daughter spent most of the 7 days in the pool, surrounded by lush tropical palms, hibiscus, and views of the nearby 1926 Shakespeare Bridge. The outdoor dining area & the fire pit seating areas were a nightly ritual for us. The bedrooms were huge, with very comfortable beds, and the 2 upstairs ones had balconies. Bonus! This was a house we could have easily stayed at for a month! Ashton was a pleasure to communicate with, making our arrival flawless. He was friendly, prompt to reply, and helpful. Highly recommend!

This house was the best! it was fully equipped with all the amenities. it was soo clean, no clutter, lots of towels, a full kitchen and so much more. the location was perfect. a 3 minute walk to Pico where all the restaurants and groceries are. Deborah was sooo accommodating. She was extremely fast in her response. We needed a hot plate and a water urn and within 30 minutes, she had dropped it off. This is by far the best airbnb we've ever been to.

Carmen was very helpful. Everything was clean. It would be good to have info clearly posted such as WiFi. We had to ask. Bunk beds not made for an adult on top so someone had to sleep on couch. Pool cannot be heated easily so unless it is warm do not plan on using.

Extremely friendly and helpful host. My entire stay was stress free. Condo was very well appointed. Very convenient location for the conference I was attending. Very pleasant experience and stay.

Giselle and Ali were very responsive with communication. Their place was exactly the same as the photos in their listing.

Super clean space, nice security enforcement. Roof top hot tub is amazing!! Communication from Ali was kind and fast. If you are a light sleeper, use the ear plugs. All the instructions given are clear. Location is nice, check out the restaurants & bars that neighbor this building. Thank you!!!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

Shant’s place was perfect! I was there for a conference at the convention center which was a short Lyft ride there. If the weather was better I would have easliy walked. The interior looked even better than the photos and the entire building was clean and quiet. Despite being in busy DTLA, it felt safe and was very secure with security/door men at the entrance 24/7 (they were very friendly and kind too- added bonus!). It was easy to have groceries and food delivered to my door. The restaurant immediately next to the building was veryyy good and had food and beverages from 7am to 11pm- great atmosphere, food was delicious, service was great. There wasn’t many other places on that block but many just a block away. the grand central market was a 15 minute walk with lots of dining options. Very close to LA Live and Staple Center. The only thing to note is that it is in DTLA with a very diverse population of people. I highly recommend Shant’s place!

Great location and place!

This is my third stay here and each time everything has gone smoothly. Clean and comfortable with everything I needed, it’s obvious the care and attention to detail that goes into this place to make it feel like home.

Very comfortable house. There is traffic noise but it never worried us. Canal walks were lovely. Good coffee and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Disneyland and other LA attractions

We had a great stay. The house was spotless and we felt right at home. It had everything for us. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels, lots of pillows and bedding. Easy to use tvs in every room. Would highly recommend. The house is gorgeous with an amazing view with lots of seating and pool towels. Lyndall was so helpful and lovely to communicate with. Would definitely return!

We appreciated the attention to detail and all the amenities around the home. We had everything we needed for our large group to stay the weekend. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the basics for tools and utensils. The hosts were extremely responsive and communicated everything very clearly. We would highly recommend anyone to stay the next time they are in Orange.

The Rancho Cottage was perfect for our week long stay a family of four with an almost 2 year old and a 4 year old. Chantal was an amazing host and even made coloring books for our boys - one of just many thoughtful, special details. The pool area is stunning and was such a nice relaxing retreat, especially given the August heat in LA. The hot tub was an added bonus and perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after the kids went to bed each night. For anyone else with kids considering a stay, highly recommend Kidspace Museum in Pasadena, the Natural History Museum, and of course, Disneyland. All three were huge hits with our kids. Thank you so much for being such a thoughtful and kind host, Chantal! We loved meeting you and your pup, Theo and hope to be back!

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.

beautiful extravagant home ! felt very peaceful , private and very comfortable for my guests and i . sergio was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had . the backyard is very inviting and pictures did no justice to how gorgeous it was in person . paradise . thank you again !

We had the pleasure of returning to the beautiful Beachwood Bungalow guest suite, and it was just as luxurious as we remembered. David's place is a private, gated retreat that feels miles away from the busy energy of LA. The suite is modern, clean, and super cozy. The spa and firepit on the patio were definite highlights. We also enjoyed walking over to the Beachwood Canyon Cafe for brunch—it’s the perfect spot. If you’re looking for a peaceful, private getaway in LA, this is it. The neighborhood is charming, and the hosts have thought of everything, from free streaming services to a fantastic local guide. We can’t wait to come back!
