Holiday rentals with a kayak in Los Angeles

The place was so nice! Looked just like the pictures. The host was super helpful and responded quickly. We were able to check in early. The only downside was the location. The beach on this street is pretty dirty but if you walk down a few blocks it gets nicer.

We had a fantastic visit to the villa! Everything was perfect, from Kim’s communication to the comfortable bed and space to relax. We loved the location, steps away from the beach and within comfortable walking distance to restaurants. Just about a half hour drive to Disneyland, we were able to easily plan a trip there with ease during our stay. I felt like I was right at home in the villa, the moment we opened the door you are met with the scent of fresh laundry as all the towels and bedding, and throw blankets were freshly laundered. The kitchen was spotless as was the bathroom and shower. And the water pressure and temperature in the shower was fantastic! Felt great after the long days at Disney. Kim was an excellent communicator, responding quickly when we chatted. She even gave us restaurant recommendations and tips on things to do. I can’t wait to return! This property is a gem - do not hesitate to book!

I had the best time staying here. The location was great! I loved being so close to the beach and everything else was close by. Michael was very communicative and answered any extra questions I had. Thank you so much! I would 100% stay here again next year.

My parents spent 5 weeks at Tom and Paula‘s and loves their time there: The house is located in a very quiet residential area. It is very well maintained and tastefully decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed, Tom even got icecream for us. They really have thought of all the details! For example they had set the (quick and efficient) temperature control to Celsius for us! Tom was very attentive and always super helpful! We will gladly come back.

This is definitely the best Airbnb experience we had. Location is great. Everything is super clean. Yard is full of mature fruit trees that are bearing fruits. The owner let us pick a few lemons to make lemonade. They are so fragrant and fresh! The oranges are sweet too! The bedroom upstairs is heaven to children. We look forward to visiting again!

Carla is a wonderful host. Her place is very charming. Comfy beds and amenities. She provides everything you could possibly want in an away from home experience. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, enjoying the beach or just taking a relaxing walk. We will definitely book again.

I had a fabulous stay! The bungalow was perfect, it looked exactly like the pictures, the location was gorgeous, and very close to what you may need in Malibu. Waverly was super communicative and responsive, which made checking-in easy and getting any questions answered. The bed was super comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, everything was immaculately clean upon arrival. The views from the deck are gorgeous and the beach access below the house was perfect for me and my dog. The beach isn't accessible to the road so it's great to keep your pup safe. There are dog bowls to use, plenty of towels for the bathroom and the beach, several beach chairs under the house. I felt perfectly safe in the area, the WIFI was fast as I had to work. Overall I had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable at Peter’s place. It was actually refreshing to stay somewhere that felt lived in, with plenty of his personal touches in the home, as opposed to a professionally managed short term rental space. It is tucked away in a nicer street in Venice, away from some of the more rugged areas. This was a huge perk for us since we had our five year old with us. There are plenty of things to do and great spots to eat in the area. We also made use of the kitchen, which was well equipped, also a huge plus! Peter even went the extra mile of mailing home a special toy that our daughter left behind. All in all, it was a great stay!
