Amazing place to stay. So peaceful and beautiful area. The house is fantastic and hot tub is a great extra to look out over the water and at the stars. Wallace was great and was there as we arrived to show us all we needed to know and made himself available if we needed him. Would absolutely recommend this place to book for anyone looking for a lovely time away!

Our stay at Buzzard Cottage on Nether Glenny Farm was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Alison and Matt made us feel like part of their family. The cottage itself was cozy, beautifully decorated, and equipped with a wood burning stove. There is also a wood fired hot tub, an amazing place to relax and watch the stars. The location is breathtaking, perched on a hillside farm overlooking the stunning Lake of Mentieth. One of the highlights was feeding the friendly Highland cattle with Matt and afterwards, warming up in the bothy by the fire and enjoying Alison’s homemade cakes - an experience we won't forget. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with thoughtful hosts, this is the one. We highly recommend a stay here and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely beautiful and immaculate cottage, everything we could have asked for and more. Gorgeous surroundings, lovely hot tub area and we were welcomed with freshly baked scones and Prosecco. Lovely host, very informative and made us feel right at home from the beginning. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was pristine, would absolutely recommend and we will definitely return. Thankyou so much for a lovely weekend!

Great place to be in the center of Edinburgh. We chose to be on the Royal Mile, so you have to expect some street noise at night. If you want 100% quiet, go to the suburbs. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Adjustable radiators in each bedroom were great for those who run hot or cold at night.

Deborah was a great host and her place was lovely and quiet for our family. The hot tub was a great addition. Deborah popped to say hello when we got there and was very responsive to messages. She also came to see us just before we left. Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We absolutely loved this place. We were both so struck by it that we want to move there permanently. I almost don't want to review it, because we want the place all to ourselves! There are 3 cottages plus a big house on site, yet it still feels extremely private. The Dairy is just to the right and around the corner a little, so although the sign wasn't immediately obvious, we were delighted with the place once we found it. From the cute little garden gate to the beautifully decorated cottage, we were able to relax in peaceful surroundings and because of the awning we found ourselves sitting outside in all weathers and reading etc. We very much enjoyed sitting in the hot tub on Christmas day! The Dairy comes with everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen, to robes for the hot tub. Nina even left us some tea/coffee, chocolate and a bottle of fizz on arrival! We will definitely be back.

Lovely quiet spot and the house was everything we wanted.

Lowri's cottage was beautifully decorated, in a peaceful setting, with one of the best gardens I have ever seen. The weather wasn't the best, so after exploring St Abbs and Coldingham Bay, a nice fire was welcomed. Oh I'd be remiss not to mention the overwhelming welcome basket! Great stay. xx

A beautiful place to stay inside and out. The views were breathtaking! Our little dogs loved playing in the garden which was well fenced (even our mischievous Westie couldn’t find a way to escape!) The fire was such a nice touch, we loved having fires each day. Wood was supplied if you didn’t use the heating which was great! Coming from a city we don’t have a fire so happy to not use the heating! Kate was so responsive and really friendly. We even had some fresh eggs from her hens which was so lovely. We were thrilled to see the property in snow on our last night/day it really just rounded off our stay perfectly! If you are thinking about booking..do it! Also the shower is great! (Always something I judge! Haha) Can’t wait to rebook!❤️

We had a lovely stay in Elie. The bungalow was perfectly situated for the beach with street parking close by. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children and there was enough space for us all. We will keep Jo’s place in mind for a return in the summertime.

Ronnie’s house was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh to attend our daughter’s wedding. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, everything we needed was available at the property, which was in a great location for getting into the City centre. Ronnie was a great host, he was very welcoming and prior to our arrival his communications were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend it and would stay again if we needed to.

Brilliant hosts, really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend. Lots of personal touches throughout the flat which went the extra.

We had a lovely few days in the cottage despite the grey and chilly weather. A real home from home. Spotlessly clean comfy bed luxury linen and towels and all the tools you need in a kitchen. The fire was perfect and the ‘welcome’ home-made treats very tasty. 😋 loads of information about the area as well which was great. Thank you 🤩

Great host, well organised, great central heating esp. as was very cold. Internet connectivity could be better, but helped the family connect better instead by playing card games!

How was your host Nathalie is an attentive host, phone call on arrival as we’d got a little lost! Explained all facilities and gave us tips for days out & eating out recommendations. Perfect host. How clean was lodge Despite the smell of dog when we first entered the lodge, once we got inside & unpacked everything was clean & tidy. Plenty of cleaning products should we have needed them (we had brought our own just in case) Both bathrooms were clean smelt fresh. Facilities WiFi was a lovely addition, perfect for me to play on social media uploading my photos from each day. Lovely furniture with plenty of space to relax inside & on the deck. View of lake was stunning. Everything you need in kitchen & throughout the lodge from books, games, video games. Everything has been thought of. Thankfully the gas bottle held out. I did find this part a bit stressful. Understandably, Nathalie is concerned at the cost of gas bottles & fair usage of it. Perfect stay! We have loved it. Thank you

We had an enjoyable weekend break in the Lookout at Pitmilly. Excellent standard of accommodation and facilities and a wonderful setting, convenient for exploring the Fife coast. Would highly recommend.

We had such a relaxing time at honeymug, such a cosy place and the kids loved playing with the great variety of toys and enjoyed a variety of mini cereals and croissants left out by John, that was very kind, thanks! So many local walks, cafes, castles, coast and to top it off a hot tub and swimming pool. Very recommended, we'll hopefully be back.

Great apartment, comfortable, spacious clean and quiet. Very conveniently located if you want to explore Edinburgh, walking distance from the city centre. Agnes was a great host. Highly recommend.

The most perfect location for a hen party! Chris was the most amazing host with all his information to ensure the stay was as perfect as it could have been! Chris was always on hand if anything was required and always ready to answer questions along with giving recommendations! Location was perfect in a very quiet neighbourhood with a 5 minute walk to the train station to get straight into the centre of Glasgow in no time! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

We had a great few days in this little house, and were able to explore a number of different beautiful locations from this spot. Recommended for hikers and walkers, although you will need a car as the location is pretty remote.

A location with an interesting history; just a few minutes walk (beside the river) from Dunblane’s centre but tranquil, comfortable and secluded. Perfect to visit the surrounding area but also an easy train journey to Stirling and Edinburgh for the sights.

The Orchard Hideaway was absolutely beautiful. The perfect spot for a peaceful weekend in the borders Maggie is a fantastic host who really goes the extra mile with great recommendations.
