Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Lothian

Amazing place to stay. So peaceful and beautiful area. The house is fantastic and hot tub is a great extra to look out over the water and at the stars. Wallace was great and was there as we arrived to show us all we needed to know and made himself available if we needed him. Would absolutely recommend this place to book for anyone looking for a lovely time away!

We've already told others about this lovely home and hope to return again. Spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could ever have needed. The space is bigger than photos look, with super comfy beds and a cosy real fire. It was a rare treat to stay here!

“Dunella” is a lovely, easy to find cosy cottage on the Main Street. Lots of on-street parking. We celebrated Christmas here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very welcoming, comfortable and well equipped in the kitchen. The games room was good, a bit cold - but to be expected this time of year. Hot tub was a bonus for a few extra pounds. Beds and linen were comfortable and towels also provided. The rooms throughout are very homely and beautifully decorated. It is on the Main Street and does have local pubs and restaurants nearby so noise is to be expected but it wasn't a nuisance. Meg was a very communicative host, and it was lovely to meet her just as we were leaving to thank her and compliment her on her lovely holiday home. Happy Holidays…

Lovely, cosy lodge in a beautiful location. Hazel very helpful, and no issues at all during our stay. Hot tub worth paying extra for. All in all we had a great stay, and would return.

Absolutely beautiful and immaculate cottage, everything we could have asked for and more. Gorgeous surroundings, lovely hot tub area and we were welcomed with freshly baked scones and Prosecco. Lovely host, very informative and made us feel right at home from the beginning. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was pristine, would absolutely recommend and we will definitely return. Great little getaway . Had everything we needed and more with our 3 young children and newborn . Hot tub was enjoyed by all. Will definitely be back !

I can't praise this accomodation highly enough. From very first booking until arriving ( very early morning after being delayed by storms) Zahib always answered straight away. The property was immaculate -we were in awe from minute we arrived - we were there as a group of 9 celebrating a friends 60th. 2 bedrooms aren't actually en suite but both had a toilet right beside it - this was important ti us to have privacy. We hadn't been able to get coals for BBQ and owner went and got some for us. These are things that are really appreciated. We were also refunded part for missed night - it was our decision not to travel so this was not expected but very much appreciated. The games room was perfect when the boys had had enough of girls chatter! But it's great size and we could all easily have fitted in -just never got around to it. The sauna and hot tub and BBQ area is amazing - we all want to book again for summer to enjoy beautiful grounds! Such a perfect weekend!

We had an amazing stay! This place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly responsive, and the thoughtful touches for my daughter's birthday were appreciated. The check-in process went smoothly, and the host was very flexible. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Beechwood House! From first making our booking, Nick was helpful and knowledgable in helping to plan our stay with recommendations. He was also very flexible with some changes we needed to make ahead of arrival and provided clear instructions for check in, check out and a “how to” guide for the property. The property itself is exactly as described - the house is equipped with everything you might need for a group getaway, there was a lot of space for the group to spread out and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Would highly recommend Nick and this property for anyone planning a group getaway!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Fife! We were a big group of three families, and the space was perfect for everyone. The house is spacious, well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group, and the dining area was perfect for family dinners. The location was also great – close to local attractions and beautiful coastal walks. The outdoor space was perfect for the kids to play, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway with a large group. We hope to return again!

This house is incredible, both inside and out. The space is huge but feels warm and homely, and it is beautifully decorated. We were welcomed with drinks, milk, sweets and fresh strawberries which was a really lovely touch. We had a really relaxing stay and would have loved to have stayed longer. We hope to return in warmer weather to make use of the fantastic social spaces outside.

Really enjoyed our stay for a family celebration, great open plan kitchen, living, dining and garden lovely for spending time altogether. Flexible bedrooms - able to make one a twin. Clean, well equipped and luxurious feel. Two full bathrooms. Street is quiet, feels safe and parking easy, no shops, cafes, bars etc. within close walking distance. Bus or Uber both easy to get into city centre and was nice to escape the hustle and bustle after a day sightseeing and at the festival. Suspect price was higher due to time of year and compared to other properties we viewed were very happy we chose this one. Rachel was very prompt with communication, instructions, restaurant recommendations and help when required.

It’s a fantastic place to stay. The house was a 5min drive for the town centre. 20min walk to the beach or 5min drive. An hour away from Edinburgh, if you’d like to go to Scotland. The roads and scenery are amazing!!! Only wish I came summer so the days would have been longer and warmer.

To only give this Airbnb a 5 star rating feels very unfair, if I could have given it higher I would have. The property was beautifully presented, had amazing large communal spaces, with a very high standard of furniture, furnishings, and cleanliness. Our room was spacious and luxurious. The beds were great quality, and it was full of nice extra touches. The hosts were extremely generous, gracious, and friendly. A fantastic experience for us that will be hard for anyone else to top. We will definitely try to book this accommodation in the future when we are in the area. I have been fortunate enough to have many great experiences using Airbnb, but this was easily the Best.

Clean, warm cabin on a beautiful lake :) Just what we wanted for a relaxing night away - the hot tub was a highlight. Paul was friendly and responsive via message, and everything was clear. Left us a bottle of red wine, some tea, coffee and biscuits too. We had a lovely night and would definitely return!

We had a lovely stay at the lodge, very peaceful, tranquil surroundings. The lodge had everything needed. Martin’s communication was great. The hot tub was cleaned and checked every day. Log burner lovely for time of year, effective. Would recommend, thanks

The cabin was fantastic and beautiful, it was the perfect stay. The outdoor bath is a real special touch. Alice was fantastic in the lead up and even offered additions to make our stay even more special.

This is a gorgeous lodge to book. It is perfect for 2 couples to stay overnight with a separate lodge for each. The fire hut is a great place to relax and stay warm. The games room is fun. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating with great communication. The rooms were stunning and clean. There are massage chairs in each lodge which were amazing. The lodges are well equipped, there was an air fryer and coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend this place and would love to rebook in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Tirah’s Landing. Got home and the kids asked if we could turn around and go back. There was so much space to walk the dog in the grounds and the kids had a great time running around. The outdoor bath was great and the instructions on how to light it were really clear. Sam was really helpful and available to answer any questions. The house was clean and beautiful, and the fire in the living room was amazing. We would love to come back and stay another time.

We had an amazing stay at Serenity Lodges. A lovely getaway a 25 minute walk away from Otterburn, which is small and doesn’t have much but has a lovely restaurant and very scenic. The lodge itself was absolutely amazing, very clean, spacious, and had everything you could need and more. The actual site itself was very quiet which was lovely and had some really nice walks on the land. Emily was very helpful and responsive when we had any issues and helped solve them as quick as possible. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!!
