Great place, would stay again

We had a great stay at Mun’s house! The house was clean, comfortable and as described. We stayed to attend a music concert which was within walking distance and popped into the city to do some shopping which was only a 10 minute drive. The area was quiet and safe and check in details were straightforward. Mun gave good recommendations of local places to eat and was very friendly and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. We will definitely be back to stay the next time we are in Birmingham :)

Sharon and her husband were amazing hosts, they were keen to make sure the property was ready for our arrival and made a personal appearance on arrival to give us a guided tour around the property to make sure everything was okay and working for us. The property was warmed up for our arrival and once the tour was over, we were left alone to enjoy our short stay. Even though our stay was for one night and a business visit, we managed to enjoy our short stay. We managed to book our stay at very last minute (10pm the night before our stay) and yet, the host responded and prepared for us. I am very happy with our stay. Thank you Sharon and George!

We stayed here with 7 guests. Son was very kind and professional. He responded quickly and was willing to help. The place was close to town, only costing £6 for a taxi to get into the city centre. The accommodation is nice and spacious even for 7 guests we didn’t feel like we were cramped. Thank you for the stay, would definitely recommend.
