What a fantastic location! Walking distance to Runswick Bay and great routes along the Cleveland Way. There is a black folder with walking suggestions, we decided to do a circular walk from Hinderwell, through to Port Musgrave and into Runswick Bay. Just under 4 miles with a 5yr old and it was just breathtaking. Peaceful, quiet and a beautiful place to stay. The house itself was exactly as described, clean and spacious. Jamie was very responsive and a great host. Felt very comfortable staying here and reaching out with questions. Just beautiful.

This is a beautiful little place tucked into a rural estate. Every amenity was catered to including toys, complimentary food, and extra comforts - thank you so much Robin! Instructions were clear, the host was proactive in messaging, and the location was a peaceful oasis just a short drive from the hustle and bustle of Whitby. Really appreciated the little touches for our little one and what a wonderful stay we all had

I had a lovely two weeks here, the location was lovely and it’s nice having cafes so nearby. It was very hard spending two weeks without a washer though and parking isn’t the best, if you manage to get parked out front then it’s otherwise it’s £7.20 for 24 hrs which over the time is very dear. I left my car and used the bus to keep the costs down. There is a drawer that was broken and a cupboard door, I also couldn’t adjust the oven shelves because the oven won’t oven fully enough because of the layout, these are minor things that I’m sure is easily addressed. I have really enjoyed my stay, and the view from the balcony was amazing. The view is the best thing about the property. The TV did its job but would have been nice to have a bigger TV, but that might be because age.
