Very nice location in safe and friendly small village in the middle of palm trees, 5 minutes walk from nice sandy beach with local places to eat. Our host recommended many good places and provided useful information. Highly recommend!

Ibizza Inn is the place to be on Mafia Island! Mwenyi the owner has excellent English, is very knowlegable about the Island, full of great advice on what to do, which prices to expect etc. I stayed for 10 days and will gladly come back! The food is some of the best I had during my whole 4 weeks in Tanzania! And its consistently good! Just ask the two chefs what they have to offer today. The staffs english is average, but they are very helpful and friendly. The AC worked flawlessly, the mosquito net is fully functional. There was not always warm water, but who needs that when its 30°C. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back with my family one day :) Best wishes from Switzerland to the entire Ibizza Inn staff <3

Samira is the person you need to contact in Mafia, she knows everything and everyone. Your accommodation in Bweni is amazing. We stayed in the block house in front of the Sea, a paradise on earth. We erected the unicos on that beach. The food is wonderful, fresh fish, octopus, squid, etc. and the quite complete breakfast. We did a tour of the village with Hamici that was very good to know the daily life of local life, and being with Hamici makes a difference because he has a big heart and a big smile, "in the Blah". Last night we had the right to music and dance around the fire pit. It was unforgettable.
