Monthly Rentals in Magham Down

To say Sue is a “Superhost” is a little of an understatement. Sue went over and above to make us (my wife is in a wheelchair and we have 2 cats) feel welcome and part of the family- even to arrange a ramp to aid access to the rear garden. Having been homeless due to failed house purchase we found our stay to be a great relief. Sue has a vast knowledge of the area and its amenities. The local pub was really traditional and only 240 paces away. There are sheep, chickens and ducks at the property which all added to this delightful experience and we will certainly return.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Coach House Farm Estate! The property is stunning—beautifully maintained with so much charm and character. Everything was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect countryside escape, and the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!

This was a great find in a central location. The place was immaculate and is dressed to a high standard. It was surprising how spacious the house was one inside. It was really homely, peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely come and stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 weeks - perfect for a longer stay as has full kitchen and washing machine downstairs. Bed was comfortable, bedroom at back of house so can’t hear noise from the road. Smart TV was an added bonus. Bus stops right outside the house, taking you to Hailsham or Brighton etc. Clive was always keen to help and quick to respond to messages. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay!
