Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Majorca

we stayed with family 5 people and toddler of 2 in Daniel's house. we had a lovely stay. Kitchen assortment complete, son could do some sports in morning space next to the kitchen. The upper floor can still be addressed. Within walking distance beach and supermarket. Piece garden with grass for small very pleasant as boulders run difficult. swimming pool little used but beach is also nearby. Surroundings wonderfully quiet in the day, in the evening loud music and karaoke but stops at 11 pm. Garden lighting for the evening a little bright these were left out and waxines and citronella against mosquitoes there because they were there early in the evening ! We've been stung a lot. a lot available in terms of beach materials. Also left a little myself.. we missed the beach towels.. read that they were also there but this was certainly not a problem. for anyone who wants to go to Alcudia on vacation, I would definitely recommend this stay. Super nice Villa with stunning garden. The house felt a bit old. The dishwasher and some showers on the upper floor worked not properly. Even though we really enjoyed the stay and would come again.

Thank you so much for letting us use the beautiful finca. The surroundings of Santanyi are fantastic and offer everything for a fantastic holiday season. The finca was well maintained, quietly located and offers many opportunities to eat indoors and outdoors or simply enjoy a few quiet moments. Cati&Paola were very accommodating and easy to reach.

A fantastic house with beautiful art on the wall. The spaces are large, the kitchen is well equipped and the house is equipped with good air conditioning. We also enjoyed the tropical plants in the garden. The host is hospitable and has advised us to visit places. Recommended!

The accommodation was in an amazing location right next to the beach just as described. Everything we needed was provided including beach towels. We made good use of the swimming pool as well as the beach and had a wonderful stay. There were some quite noisy people in the apartment above us, but this did not spoil our enjoyment.

It was also the 2nd time at Finca Sa Punta was just great! Everything just fits, we feel at home here: - Location is great - Finca in great condition, it has everything you need and more 😉 - Pool of madness - Hosts already like friends - always available and so helpful - Dogs the non-plus-ultra for our kids Conclusion: we will be back!

Beautiful location. we found the place just as shown on photos. comfortable beds and seating areas, big new TV , everything looked immaculate like just been renovated. Everything you need is there. Free parking across the street and there were always spaces. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops all within walking distance. Highlight for us was the view from the balcony. Like others have mentioned the smaller of the two toilets still smelt of sewage. Looks like an ongoing problem. We never used it so wasn't a problem. But my advice to the owner would be to lock the door or get rid of the toilet and use as a store room. Atleast you won't get any negative comments. All in all a beautiful place and we will come back.

A lovely house in peaceful beautiful location, amazing to walk down through the trees to the most beautiful coast and beaches. The house was clean, and swimming pool perfect with great outdoor area. Disappointed the hot tub wasn’t on/working as promised; Phil responded immediately which was great but despite promises to fix it unfortunately they didn’t. Other than this, the stay was perfect! Highly recommend this beautiful home for ease of access, facilities (as long as hot tub fixed!), and fabulous location!
