This is the 2nd time Ive stayed in this apartment both times as a group of 5. Its clean and easily assesible. The rooms are generous and its a great space for 5 people. Host and check in super smooth. I would recommend bringing earplugs though as the floors throughout are tiled and the walls are a bit thin so the noise between apartments travels very easily, we had slightly noisy neighbours next door and the bin men were very loud early in the morning but nothing you wouldnt expect with such a central location. Would definitely recommend Ombu and Rikoto restaurants but pre booking essential! Thanks for the stay! We would definitely go back.

Very pleasant stay at this time, with warm welcome. Very clean accommodation and very comfortable bedding. Simple but varied buffet. The hobs in our apartment would not allow daily cooking Value for money no complaints.

great stay for my first time in spain the whole place was very spacious pool was great place to hang out and short walk from the beach 15 minutes felt very safe whilst there was even a guard downstairs and washing machines only think i will say is maybe an oven will be nice but there is a stove to fry stuff on and fridge towels were changed every other day our host even arranged transfer when we checkout out to the airport will book again great price as well highly recommend very clean and very well presented

We were completely satisfied. 😊 A very nice little apartment in a cute little complex with reception and pool, very new, bright, well equipped, 3 minutes walk to the sea, nice surroundings, parking, super room service, friendly contact and lightning fast accessibility in case of problems. Anytime again.

Gogi is always responsive and helpful. Some old balcony plastic furniture cracked and were replaced quickly. Gogi suggested museums, sites and restaurants to visit. She checked up on our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great impression.

We enjoyed our stay very much, a very clean well maintained place, quick and very friendly communication with the host with pool and gym. The part in Can Picafort where the property is located is more quiet and less touristy than the rest. There are two great resturants within walking distance. So everything you want. One evening, the neighboring hotel has an event evening, so there was good live music until 10 p.m. but there was peace. Last night we had very noisy neighbors in the apartment above us, but the host can't help it. We were still able to sleep perfectly. Only small point of criticism, the large bed is two pushed together beds with visitors. Nevertheless, we were more than satisfied and would recommend it!

We had a great week at Saman’s place. It’s conveniently located with excellent access to the ocean and beach. The stay was very enjoyable and relaxing for us. The place had everything that we needed.

We had a wonderful month (mid-February/mid-March) in the house. The location and especially the views were amazing. It was great to relax. The house conveys a very relaxed atmosphere. Of course it is also an old house but that also makes the charm. With the air conditioners and the oven, you could heat the house well even in colder temperatures. The equipment of the house helped well in the 4 weeks. The host was very personable and answered all our questions quickly and positively. We felt well taken care of.

We had a wonderful stay in Losetta for a few days and truly enjoyed every moment. The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we could possibly need—it really felt like a home away from home. Everything was modern, well thought out, and incredibly comfortable. The communication with our host was very friendly. he always responded quickly, was extremely kind, and very helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and uncomplicated, which made our arrival and departure stress-free. Overall, I was genuinely impressed with the accommodation and the hospitality. If I ever return to Mallorca, I would happily stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Sandra was an amazing host, she was very friendly and helpful from the booking process the whole way through, she made our check in easy and recommended some beautiful places for us to see. Her home is immaculate and the perfect place for a group to stay. As a group of 5 girls - we were thrilled to have 4 bathrooms and 3 hairdryers as this is usually a spanner in the works for us going out at night however we had so much space and a lovely time in this house, have already recommended to a friend who is coming to Majorca next year and I have no hesitation to recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The apartment is a piece of art that has a lot of things to discover. Also a lot of equipment that you can use. The hosts were extremely friendly and I can just highly recommend to book this place!
