Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Majorca

We had a wonderful week: grandparents, their 3 children and partners as well as 2 grandchildren. The house was large enough, the kitchen super equipped, the beach is also within walking distance for the little ones. One of the highlights for the kids was the climbing house with children's kitchen and slide. Our point of contact Kimberley was very helpful, nice and always there for us. Even on the holiday !

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

We had a wonderful stay in Palmañola, the house was clean and had everything we needed. There’s not much to do in the neighborhood but the location is in the middle of the island so it’s easy to drive to the highlights of Mallorca. The host was super friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great house, great location, great ambiance. Children's mattress in the bunk bed a bit too hard, but with blankets as a base it went well.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. What an absolutely gorgeous home! Perfect for us, as two couples. Each couple had an entire floor to ourselves with large bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, and a living area. At the entry level was the beautiful entry hall with arboretum, a large dining room, the kitchen, and a small outdoor kitchen with another full bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped, and has a clothes washer which was such a bonus for our week- long stay. We were greeted at check in by Sebastiana and her partner, who were both charming and welcoming. What a delight it was to learn about the history of her home. She presented us with a delicious ensaïmada! It was cool weather during our stay in early March, so we paid extra for the heat, but it was so worth it. Even with the added cost, it was still less expensive than two hotel rooms. Quite an incredible place. We couldn’t have been happier!

The apartment of Carme was very nice. It has a great location, overlooking the sea. It has everything you need, and is very clean. Also the Better are very comfortable and it's very quiet. In 30 seconds you will be by the sea. Has shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful long sandy beach can be reached in 5 minutes. Carme responds immediately to messages and was very accommodating with the check-in time. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Thanks Carme!

Very nice and clean place to stay. Especially the kitchen had high-quality equipment. It was an ideal base for great road bike tours. Manel was an extremely nice and kind host and person!

Our stay with Miguel was wonderful. The apartment is top, super equipped and very clean. Communication with Miguel was straightforward and very friendly. The location of the apartment just on the promenade is a dream. I'm sure we'll be back.

We stayed in Tomeu's house but actually we talked to the co-host Maria, who was really kind and responded to all our requests. The apartment is large and clean, nothing was missing as in the description, perfect for families or friends. We arrived in the off-season period so there are not many activities open, we had a car and it was not a problem. You can also get around very well by bus. Maria suggested times to go to Palma by bus. Really to be recommended thanks to the beautiful welcome of Maria

The place was as described and very tidy. The location is very good , close to the sea and beach towels being provided was very handy. The host was extremely helpful and made a lot of effort to accommodate us. Check in and check out was easy and the place was well furnished with load of equipment .

This was such a nice, clean, pretty place to stay. The location was great - about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, about 15-20 minutes to the closest sandy beach (Playa Can Pere Antoni), with lots of restaurants and shops right there. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! It was easy to find, the host provided clear instructions on getting checked in, and was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had a fantastic stay!

Exactly look like in the pictures, bedroom was super tidy, bathroom was super clean. host also very responsive and easy to communicate. Location right in the center of everything. Overall it was a great experience will definitely back and stay longer.

Location, Location, Location. This gem has a perfect spot. The accommodation is very comfortable and incredibly beautiful, we loved the terrace! Carefully decorated, beautiful tones and homely. You feel right away very calm and you like it. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, bus stop. Beautiful walks and views in all directions. Can highly recommend this paradise. All questions were answered quickly and here is everything for the family at the property.

We were 4 adults and 4 kids between 3&9. Everything was perfect. The spiral staircase in the apartment can only be used with young children.

Great apartment right next to the beach and multiple restaurants. Very communicative hosts that almost instantly answered any question we had! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

We spent a week in Alcudia at Francisco's place. We were hosted very well upon arrival: Francisco was not available at our arrival time but made sure someone could welcome us and show us the accommodation. Having a vehicle, Francisco also provided us with a parking space, which proved very convenient throughout the week. The place was clean, as per the photos and description. Close to the beach and some restaurants, we had a great week. The port of Alcudia is accessible very quickly by car, and also remains accessible in my opinion for those who enjoy walking (about 3 km). In short, thank you to Francisco.

Xisco’s place was perfect as a base to explore the area. He was very helpful when we asked for recommendations for e-bike hire. The apartment is perfect and we would certainly stay there again next time we are in Mallorca. Brilliant, thanks Xisco.
