Holiday rentals with breakfast in Manchester

Perfect location for us, attended a wedding locally & could walk into town easily. Nice quiet evening.

Just right for our 2 night stay. Enough room for 3 people - and mum said the sofa bed was very comfortable. Lovely and warm with instant hot water. And 3 corkscrews!

Great location for a quick walk into the city, convenient for a gig at the Academy. Practical house with thoughtful amenities such as breakfast, snacks, and milk provided, and a comfortable bed. Ali is a great host, excellent communication, overall a perfect place for what we needed!

Me and my family stayed at Georgie‘s house. It was so clean and so pristine and everything was arranged in such great style. She couldn’t have been a better host. Everything was straightforward clear instructions and very easy to find. We would definitely go back again and couldn’t recommend the House enough. Everything was so tidy and so well managed and laid out. Thanks again, Georgie for having me my wife and our two children stay.

Abayomi & Joanna met us at the property and we’re so welcoming and friendly, they explained how things worked and showed us where everything was. We were there to celebrate our mums birthday and had booked the coronation street tour and they bought a small gift for our mum which was so lovely. The house was stunning and beautifully finished. We would 100% recommend the location, house and hosts.

we chose to stay here for 1 night as we were flying out of the airport and this was cheaper nicer and easier than any local hotel. much better option as we have a toddler having a spare room was so much more relaxing as we weren't creeping about a hotel room trying not to wake him, he was fast asleep upstairs while we relaxed downstairs. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Manchester or looking for a good stop over before a flight. thanks

I had the perfect place to stay in Manchester! Matthews house is very beautiful and inviting, the bed was so cozy and big. I felt very safe during my stay. Matthew was so nice and helped me out when I needed it. It was interesting and fun talking to him about Manchester and life. I absolutely recommend this place! Thank you so much!

Stayed here with my wife and daughter while my daughter was climbing at The Depot climbing centre. A perfect location as only an 8min drive away. The apartment was beautiful, new and clean. The instructions were clear and precise. Private parking was also a big selling point. Any questions I had were answered immediately, in a friendly and helpful manner and the apartment was spotless. I will definitely be using again in the future.

Mike and the apartment where great ! felt right at home with everything there you could need for children pets and ourselves. Breakfast was an awesome touch with again everything you would need. Liiterally has everything travels would need. Beautiful property inside amd out. Many thanks guys amd we would absolutely stay with you again 🙂🙂🙂

Great cosy stay, very warm & the bed is super comfortable!

Great location in Chorlton. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Easy access to Manchester City Centre by Metrolink. Also within great walking distance to Old Trafford Football stadium and Cricket Ground. Helen was a great host and made us feel very welcome. Along with Rhea her lovely cat.

A wonderful B&B. The rooms was great and they were extremely accommodating to my needs. Highly recommended

I had such a wonderful stay with Debbie, Frankie and Bob. Her place is spotless and full of cosy character; I felt right at home. The area was very quiet and peaceful throughout my stay. I had a large suitcase, and she was so kind to help me carry my bag up and down the stairs upon arrival and checkout. Location is good — about 30mins by bus to city centre, or a walkable 45mins in good weather. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to Manchester.

I’m reluctant to write a glowing review for the sheer fact that i selfishly want to keep this place a secret. Jack and the house are both faultless! You can tell Jack loves the space that’s been created, it’s well maintained and he has thought of EVERYTHING - if you’ve forgotten to pack something, i can almost guarantee there’s a replacement here. Jack is incredibly friendly and i felt comfortable immediately. Though all the instructions are sent prior to arrival (and are very well written/clear), Jack was there to welcome me and walk me through everything, which is something i’ve found so rare when booking through Air Bnb. I will absolutely be staying at Jack’s place during all of my future Manchester endeavours :)

Angela and Harry (the dog) were amazing hosts! Angela made sure that I was settled right away and was able to give me recommendations of where to go and various public transport routes. I really enjoyed my time staying with her and came back from it feeling relaxed and happy! I felt comfortable to live how I live at home and share the space with her. She was always happy to help and down for a chat! I would definitely recommend this place as it has wonderful views and is lovely to spend time in somebody’s home. Thank you Angela!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this delightful cottage hidden away from the main road but only a few minutes walk from the centre, where a range of good restaurants and friendly cafes are located. I can recommend The Little Bakery for delicious fresh ciabattas. The cottage is very cosy and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The owner’s friendly and stylish personality is present in each room and it feels as if you are staying with a friend! bathroom and kitchen areas are modern and clean and the bedroom is so comfortable and full of character- I had the most relaxing sleep in the cosiest bed ever! Wendy was available for help if needed but not at all intrusive. The perfect stay for a solo traveller or a couple looking for a home from home vibe rather than an anonymous hotel. I would stay here again and recommend highly!
