Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Manchester

Booked this place for my retirement celebration with friends. Fabulous location , amenities, and great house. We were lucky with the weather and we sat out on the terrace , used the heater and barbecue which was a nice touch. Everybody had a fab time and Darren let us have a late check out which was very helpful. Very responsive and helpful host. Would recommend this place

Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

Second stay at property: everything was catered for on this and previous visit. Great communication and hospitality. remains on list to use again.

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Theresia was super responsive and always available to answer any questions. My family truly enjoyed her home. Sooo free of clutter!!! Spacious and bright with lots of natural light. Five minutes walk to the bus station and less than ten minutes to the city centre. This will be my go to place anytime I am in Manchester. Thank you.🙏🏽 😊

Felt like a home away from home. Beautiful house in a lovely suburb of Manchester. Lisa was fantastic as a host, always responsive and great for local recommendations. Welcome basket was a really lovely touch.

Really attractive and well presented property, in a location that’s ideal for exploring Manchester. The bed was comfortable and clean. Arrived to a well-set table for four should you be entertaining. There are a good range of appliances if you are self catering but not many of the extras you’ll need to cook a big meal. Otherwise very pleasant stay in a smart building.

Communicated really clearly and precisely. Helpful when asked questions about the apartment. Near to our venue and the city’s Great all round

We had a lovely 3 night stay here and we would recommend to anyone visiting Sale or Manchester. Rachel is a great host, we had everything we needed in the apartment. To get to central Manchester was very easy using the tram. Would definitely return when we come back to Manchester.

Perfect location in Media City, right next to ITV & BBC. The host contact - Lewis - was very responsive and super flexible. it all worked really well for me as a last minute work trip, thank you!

Great location, plenty of parking available. Clean premises with easy ground floor access. Host responsiveness is prompt. Clear instructions for check in. Lounge was set up well to relax.

What an absolute find this was! Perfect for those venturing into the city for days/nights out, as it's only a short walk to the nearest tram stop. The property itself was spotless and exactly as described. Check in was really easy with clear instructions given. The beds were nice and comfy, and the sofa was huge, which was perfect after a day traipsing around Manchester. Christiana was an excellent host. She was always really responsive and helpful with any guidance we needed, as well as being really lovely and friendly in her communications. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the city for any reason.

Luke and his team were very responsive and great communicators. They provided a home like environment, away from home. Centrally located for all of my family's needs and allowed my kids to focus on their football trainings and school. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic apartment directly in the town centre. 8min away from Victoria Station. Easy check-in, nice bed, nice furnished flat. The kitchen had an oven & a microwave, we were completely satisfied. Thank you so much!!!

We had a fantastic stay at George's apartment in Manchester. it's only a few minutes walk from Victoria train station, and the AO Arena, which we were going to. Fantastic location, would definitely stay here again!

Great place, very comfortable and would definitely book it again. Had no issues and if there were any queries, John was very responsive. The place is exactly as we hoped. You can hear the tram a little when it’s running, and you might want to note that there are 4 steps up to the building from street level (in addition to the apartment being duplex). But if none of that is an issue for you, then this is a lovely place and it’s a great location for bars and restaurants too. We will certainly be back if it’s available when we next visit.

The place was in a peaceful location, located adjacent to the owners property. Its well designed with a modern theme. It's was super clean and spotless throughout. The location has parking which was extremely handy.

We had a lovely stay, at Anne & Phil's. Anne was welcoming and warm, the place was exactly as described, the location was peaceful, but also within a minute walk to local pubs and co-op. During the days we went for lovely walks, to Uppermill and also visited the historic Fort. Will definitely return.
