Apartment holiday rentals in Marmaris

Everything is as it is in the photos. The sea is 50m on foot. There are sun loungers for the hostel. It's not right in the center of willow. We didn't have a vehicle, we had a hard time, but thanks to Mr. Isa, he was very helpful. My advice is to come by car. If not, there are 3-4 restaurants within walking distance, there is a grocery store, you will not have much difficulty.

The owners of the business are Mr. Erkan and his wife are very welcoming and friendly people. Mr. Erkan informed us in detail about the bays around. There is no need to stay at high prices in Selimiye, Bozburun, etc., the location of the apartment is very good. We reached Selimiye in 15 minutes and the very nice bays in the vicinity at 10 min. Turgut waterfall is a natural wonder, definitely see it when you're gone. The room was comfortable and very clean. The beds were comfy. We didn't use it, but the kitchen had all kinds of equipment. There is a beautiful field in the garden behind the apartment that can play basketball and volleyball. The evening we stayed, we had a barbecue on the stove in the garden, we enjoyed it very much. It was very enjoyable to sit by the pool at night and listen to nature and watch the stars. We had a memorable day. Many thanks to Mr. Erkan and his wife.

Mert and his aunt who helped us during our stay were very friendly and responsive hosts. The place was fully equipped and some missing items provided immediately. The supermarket is very close within a 5 minute walk. And beach is also very close but you should definetely visit other beaches around Marmaris and Datça as well.

It was very good in terms of location, it was very easy to find, and you can easily reach Marmaris in 10 minutes by car. There was everything in the house, just a dishwasher could be better. Overall, we were satisfied with the price performance.

Ezgi made us feel really welcome and the apartment was spotless. It's a little far from the town centre but you can hop on a really cheap bus fairly close by to get you there.

When we arrived we asked to change this room for the bigger one (studio with a bath on a top floor). Because it was a bit small for my tall bf and me ^^ There was available room. So kind manager changed it for us. Thank you! It was really good experience to stay here. +: location, stuff, communication, design, cleanness, cozy balcony, WiFi, bath, Netflix, free cookies and tee -: a bit not comfortable kitchenette for the long staying if you prefer to cook at home and not eat outdoors But it’s just our preferences. Highly recommend this place for everyone who love minimalism and good service

Great location as in between the marina and main beach bar stretch. Pool was nice to come home to in the afternoon. Place was clean and tidy and would stay here again.

For the first time, I booked an apartment online, frankly, I was having trouble with trust. But when I really went, the people who served were friendly and the apartment was very close to everything. Beach, market, etc. Transportation was very convenient for us. It was very clean where we stayed was a plus, a small and cute place where we felt like we were in our home. Ugur was a very friendly and responsive host

the location is very good, 5-6 minutes to the beach, 10-15 minutes to the marina and the bar street. The house was very clean and tidy. Although we arrived early, Mr. Uğur provided us with flexible check-in. We thank him.

We were very satisfied with this place. Great location, clean and cozy. Market is right across the street, where we could buy fresh vegetables and fruit. Ugur is a very nice and helpful host. He allowed us to check in earlier. Suggested us places to eat. At the end of our stay he provided us with a transfer to airport. Highly recommend this place to stay in Marmaris!

One of the best apparatus we've stayed at. Walking distance to the bazaar and the sea. The appliance had everything. The washing machine worked a lot. We also enjoyed the pool in the apartment after the sea. It can be preferred for those who are considering going to Marmaris. Thank you so much

From greeting to goodbye Very cared for. They had a very nice experience with nice friendly conversations ,information , and immediate solutions when the need arose. The pool garden was also quite comfortable. We greatly appreciate their hospitality.

The only thing missing in the house was ear garbage. The reason I mentioned this was almost none in the house. There was everything from the garden to the corkscrew,from the glass to the coffee pot. They were extremely comfortable and clean. The helpfulness of the hosts was high. If I go to Marmaris again, this is the only place to stay: esmahan apt by zehrasuits

Lovely, modern and well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. Easy walk into town, but far enough away to get a peaceful nights sleep. The hiking trail behind the house is brilliant to get closer to nature. Anya was a fantastic host, we thank you for a great stay and hope to be back again soon.

Anya's apartments are very nice. It is a new building and the design is tasteful and modern. It was comfortable with a nice bed and a great shower. The heated floor was nice for a winter stay. The location is on the edge of the city but a close walk to the main areas, the marina, and the ferry terminal. Having a dedicated parking area was very convenient. Anya communicated well and gave me good information about the space and local things. I stayed a week in the apartment and found it to be great for my needs and a good visit to the area. I would stay there again when in Marmaris.

This apartment is definitly that, what I imagined to stay in. Very central and still calm located. Perfect occasion to discover the harbour of Marmaris. Kevin is a really respectful and polite person. You feel automatically home. Thanks Regards Ekrem

Nice apartment in a modern house. Everything you need inside, as well as a common dryer machine on the floor. The garden outside is really beautiful. Every day there is staff on site, so I could quickly get help with my questions. The location is not bad, but has some downsides. It is located on a hill in a residential area, so it takes some effort to climb up/down to go shopping. It is right next to a big road, you can hear cars passing by. Also, I had to close windows sometimes because the air was smoky. Otherwise, it is an excellent apartment, and good job by the host.
