With its Gummy Villas, five places to stay, you are valued waiting for our guests. With its modern and stylish structure, you will take a break from strenuous living in these unique accommodations that combine the modernity of the city with the peaceful and tranquil life of village life. Our villas are two bedrooms (double bed) The lounge (armchair, which can be two sofa beds) consists of two bathrooms and a toilet. Each villa has its own pool. The sea is located a hundred meters away and has its own road leading to the sea.

Castle81homes Blue , Sea View House

This house is located in the historical part of Marmaris, in the old town near Castle of Marmaris and Archaeological Museum. It offers the best sea view. Bars, restaurants, and the Marina are just a 3-4 minute walk away. As the house is in the old town, cars are not allowed, but nearby municipal parking is available. Olive Grove Villa; peaceful retreat near Marmaris

Eden Villas are three luxurious custom designed villas built with the intention of offering you a peaceful and relaxing holiday with all the modern comforts and amenities that you expect. The villas are located on a tranquil and secluded hillside just outside of Marmaris. Each villa has an unheated swimming pool (Olive Grove 10 m x 5 m, 1,4 m deep), a spacious poolside sunbathing patio and an outdoor, unheated Jacuzzi. Olive Grove Villa is totally private and the pool cannot be overlooked.

Guest Club

Our guest house is 25m2 large, consists of a room and a bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our cottage, there is an outdoor kitchen that is private to our guests staying in our cottage, covered with pergola. There is a 5x10m size swimming pool that is 50m2 in size, 1.5-1.6 m deep. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cottage (max. 2 people). The pool is open from June 15 to September 30.

The apartment is just a short 5 minutes drive from the beach/village which is very accessible as the resort offers free daily shuttle services to and from.
