Monthly Rentals in Marston Green

Jennie is a very friendly host that is flexible in arrival and departure times. The home is very clean and perfect for a small group of friends with the seperate rooms.

Stayed at kellyanns place for crufts. Everything we needed to know was sent in plenty of time and check in was very easy with a lockbox. neighbourhood is really nice and quiet and was nice for a wee walk around too. The place was exactly as described, very clean and warm. We had everything we needed. Didn't require much, but whenever I messaged it was quick replies from the host. would recommend for sure!

We rented this place out as we were attending an all weekend event at NEC, and this place was perfect for us. Close enough so that we could take a 10min Uber, but yet nice and peaceful area to come back to. The area is a bit secluded from Bars, supermarkets, Pub. However, this was not an issue as we spent most our time at NEC, and where necessary we could reach through Uber The host was very nice and understanding and proactively got into commutation with us to make sure everything was good.

Perfect place whilst we worked at an NEC trade show. Would recommend
