Open Living Room/Kitchen, two bedrooms (one with queen and one with 2 twins), full bath on first floor. second floor has master bedroom with king bed. Full walk out basement with laundry and area to store bikes/kayaks/beech equipment. Full access to house. Hosts are available by phone if needed. Set in the town of Eastham, the house is nestled in a grove of trees and directly adjacent to trailheads that lead into Cape Cod National Seashore. The Three Sisters Lighthouses, Coast Guard Beach, and Sunken Meadow are all a short drive away. Close to many bay and ocean beaches, Coast Guard and Marconi are nearest ocean beaches within 3 miles. Nearest Bay beaches are Absolutely no pets. All hardwood floors and leather furniture offer a very clean environment. Linens are provided at no cost, (sheets for all beds and one bathing towel and face cloth per guest as well as hand towels and kitchen towels) Linens are folded on each bed upon arrival. Upon departure, guests will start the laundry by putting one load in wash and dryer (detergent for linens is provided by owner) more information at property.

You can stay here with your family and kids, we have a play room with some toys for fun, a living room, a bedroom and a private full bathroom with a pressure shower. Chelsea is a nice quiet place with a lot to offer. [We have self check-in process]

“La Casita” is a private waterfront home near Umass medical! Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a Master Bedroom on the second floor and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with a full size futon. There is a 3 season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a big outdoor deck. There are multiple ceiling fans and water toys for renters use. No pets or smokers. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with another home on the lot with small children so calm renters only please.
