The property is very quiet. The amenities are very good, both the kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped. When we checked in, we searched for the lockbox for a moment longer. But then the check-in was hassle-free. We felt very comfortable at the place. Danilo turned on the hot tub in advance, so we could use it immediately upon arrival. A very small hook is the leaking roof in heavy rain. We will be happy to come back!

It's not easy to find the perfect value for money, quality and hospitality if you are a young couple with a puppy. We stayed in the apartment at Jasna's and enjoyed every moment. Clear is very warm, approachable and helpful. :) The apartment was super clean and equipped. The ambiance is cozy and has a soul. As we were looking for an apartment to bring a puppy, the above lived up to all our expectations. A beautiful backyard with lots of greenery and jogging areas made our Venon happy. There was also Pidú that added to the smiles on our faces. There is also a pool in the backyard that is well treated and nice to use. The hedge surrounding the pool and the apartments create a dose of security and privacy. An outdoor casita with entertainment is a hit as well as covered parking. In short, our stay at Vila Leylandia apartment was a wonderful experience. :)

We felt right at home in the accommodation! Everything is so new and clean and you have enough space to store everything. The location is great and easily accessible. Directly on the highway and to Rovinj, it takes only about 10-15 minutes by car, depending on traffic. There is parking right outside the door and the property is well secured with a gate. The pool behind the house is very large and there are plenty of loungers. The host responds quickly and helps directly. You also get good recommendations for the city and its surroundings. We will be happy to come back!

You wake up in the morning in a bright, spacious bedroom and on a comfortable mattress. Through a small window in front of the bed you watch the sun reflecting off the orange roofs of the stone Istrian houses. You run down the stairs to the kitchen to prepare aromatic coffee to the sounds of music from a small radio. You can drink your coffee on the charming terrace towering over the village. There are pots with plants and charming decorations that can also be admired throughout the house. Silence, the chirping of birds - and you feel that you are resting while planning where you will go today. We also loved this place for the nearby Konoba Mrgani 42 😋 AWESOME - we especially recommend Fuži s tartufatom. The only thing that could be improved is to give more light to the kitchen counter and the direction of opening the fridge door 😜 Thank you
