Monthly Rentals in Melcher-Dallas

Loved the location and being able to walk for breakfast, coffee, and botique shopping. I'd share for others that the bedroom and bathroom are small, great for one person, would have been tight for two. Otherwise, a lovley apartment in a great location!

We loved staying at Daniel’s place! This was our second time staying here and it was the perfect stop on our road trip. Daniel’s place is clean and comfortable which we appreciated. Also, Daniel was great at communicating all the check-in and check-out instructions which made our stay very smooth. Highly recommend!

Nice to see a place like this in Chariton. We were very comfortable and the unit met our needs very well. We had everything we needed and more. Also, the bath towels were great! Large and fluffy. Plenty of pillows and blankets as well.

So so comfy. And so considerate and conscious of guests staying. Went out of their way to text us and make sure we would be able to check in in the late hours the night after seeing we hadn’t read the bnb messages. Great location, wonderful set up.
