We went in a group of 10 people on New Year's Eve and we have no words of praise for the experience in Zabala! The host was super communicative with us and gave us all the details necessary for the stay. Fully equipped kitchen, dart set, heat through the wood-burning heating, clean bathrooms, etc. We had a great time in these 3 nights and we will definitely come back!

An amazing converted barn in a peaceful and picturesque part of Romania, this property exceeded all our expectations. The barn has been beautifully and thoughtfully transformed, blending the charm and character of the original wooden structure with a modern, warm, and stylish interior. It’s bright, airy, and incredibly welcoming, with every detail carefully considered to create a truly special space. The host was exceptional—offering a warm and friendly welcome, providing clear directions to find the property and get set up, and sharing fantastic local tips. They made sure the house was perfectly prepared for our stay, including setting up the saltwater hot tub, which was an absolute highlight. Even in the crisp evening air, soaking in the hot tub was pure bliss—it’s an experience you can enjoy in any season. We couldn’t have asked for more. It was the perfect stay, and we will absolutely be returning. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property and its incredible host.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Very cute little place with a sweet little courtyard to sit outside. Very close to centre of town yet also very quiet and safe. Anna is a friendly and welcoming host, I felt right at home staying here and would recommend to others.

Nice experience! Starting from the accommodation in the truck, warm , with kitchen, mini bathroom , water -gaz of everything makes you feel like home . The attentions that were prepared for us by the hosts surprised us when we opened the door and let ourselves in ! Very thoughtful hosts not to miss anything and if we are happy . Check in flexible without pressure . The view to the lake , the silence makes you not want to leave but we were born beautiful not rich and we had to get back to work😅.
