The Cottage is a great place and Colleen made sure everything was ready for us, including snacks and breakfast items for us! Everything was very clean and comfortable - we felt right at home. Colleen is also very responsive and communicative, so we knew if we needed anything, she would be able to help us. If we head to Palacios again, The Cottage will be our first choice of places to stay...

Susan was such a lovely host! She thinks of you and your loved ones and treats you like family. The house itself was so homey and very clean. Such a cute house, the best one in town!
