Monthly Rentals in Midland County

Very cute little cabin. Clean on a nice little lake. Cindy seems like she has put her all into decorating and picking ammenities. Wish i would have brought a couple of my old VHS tapes. Never thought i'd see a VHS rewinder again..lol. Loved it. Very comfy bed as well

The rental was great! Miles (host) was very responsive and communicative. The pictures of the place is exactly what it looks like but better in person. More spacious than the pictures show. The carpeted areas were perfect for our son (8 months). House was updated and has a great cozy feel. Would recommend to everyone that is looking for a place around the Sanford/midland area.

Great location, virtually everything you could want to do in midland is a 10 minute drive, or less. I definitely recommend to check out Maru sushi while you’re here [plenty of good vegan options if that’s your thing]. And Live Oak is just around the block for delicious coffee and gluten free brownies. The apartment is cozy, clean, warm even in the middle of December, and had everything I needed to cook my meals. Especially for the price and convenience, highly recommend. A great spot for a solo traveler as I felt safe, or for a couple looking for a quiet getaway. This was my second time staying here and I’m sure I will be back!

This home was nicely updated and immaculate. Comfortable stay for my brother and I, easy check-in. Location was a bit off the grid (I prefer center of the city), but area was tidy and peaceful.
