My sister's and I brought our kids to this AMAZING house for their spring break. We all had such an amazing time. The kids didn't want to leave. We will be returning in the Sunmer time when the pool is open!

Our stay here was so peaceful and comfortable! Brady and Joy are awesome hosts and were very friendly and helpful with the check in process! We personally enjoyed the gaming room and outdoor fire place! Would definitely recommend!

Monica's guest quarter is an ideal place to stay in Ashland. It is my first choice whenever I travel to the area. The guest house is clean, beautiful, well maintained, private, secure--everything one would want. The security lock (coded combination) is easy to use. Monica is also very kind and considerate as well as responsive. She merits my highest rating!
