Giuseppe was very proactive and responsive. He showed up when I was checking and gave me the keys to the apartment. The apartment was located in town center with lots of stores and restaurants.

This weekend I stayed with my family in this apartment and I can say with certainty that it was a really exceptional experience. The property stands out for the high professionalism of the staff and for the attention to detail, which made our stay not only comfortable, but also unforgettable. The check-in and check-out procedures were extremely simple and quick. We were greeted with great courtesy and were provided with all the necessary information for a carefree stay. The hospitality was impeccable. The team was always available, attentive, and ready to resolve any request or question. Communication has been smooth from the first contact, making the experience even easier. The apartment is spacious, modern and well furnished, with great attention to cleanliness and comfort. How absolutely fantastic it was to stay in Il Castello. Like living in a museum! Furniture and beds extremely comfortable. Fabio was responsive and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend that you take the time to visit Ferrazzanno and stay in this beautiful place.
