The Metro is just a few minutes by bus or on foot (Lepanto) Trastevere is connected with a direct bus, the Colosseum by metro. A very large noble ancient apartment with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 3 eat-out terraces in the most charming corner of the center of historic Rome. Used for Airbnb's unique places video. My sister and I specialize in being your Rome trip planners and putting you in touch with the best guides (especially for the Vatican and trips to the Amalfi coast etc) and things to do - we have decades of local knowledge to draw from.

Very Special Place in the heart of Rome

Our stay in the apartment was amazing. The location is great - literally in the middle of the city center, a walkable distance to main historical places, 20 min to Vatican, 25 min to Forum/Colosseum. Note that the city center is quite large, so be prepared to walk a lot anyway...(see review...) The area is central and very lively at night especially on weekends and that it can be noisy until late at night as it is very busy and served by many bars and restaurants.

You can reach all tourist destinations in about 15 minutes by metro and Fiumicino Airport in 40 minutes by direct train. Wi-Fi, air-conditioner and all facilities for you holiday in Rome!
