Functional and smartly appointed. Quiet because installed at the back of an inner courtyard: no traffic noise. The accommodation is clean and equipped. The neighborhood has various shops within walking distance and is within walking distance of downtown Montelimar. No parking problems. Benoit is a welcoming and proactive host: following a wifi pb, he installed a repeater in the listing that solves the connection pbs in a few days. I am very satisfied with my stay of several months in the accommodation.

Excellent accommodation with everything available on site, which is a real plus. Very clean accommodation bed linen that are good, communication with the host fast and efficient. Nothing to complain about, you can go there without a second thought!

very well located accommodation very spacious. Very good and beautiful bedding. negative points Cleaning is to be reviewed in the accommodation, especially the bathroom. a nice little terrace that could be better if it had been cleaned, mowed and weeds less. it doesn't make you want in the first time. difficult nights with neighbors who put the TV strong until 2 a.m., but Mathieu didn't do it.
