Check in was smooth and flexible. The apartment was clean, private, very bright and loaded with amenities to make the stay comfortable. Having the fireplace in the cold weather was a bonus. Bed was extremely comfortable and lots of storage in the unit. The shared stairwell wasn’t an imposition. Arus was proactive with communication and responded very quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Spacious basement unit with private side entrance

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay--basic kitchen and bathroom supplies, extra pillows and blankets, smart TV. Great location, close to busses and nature trails. Basement unit so more minimal natural light and got a bit cold, but the host provided 2 space heaters to compensate. Overall a very comfortable and affordable space!
