The communication with Jimmy was great. Jimmy was super nice and helpful. The lakeside location is great. Out of the front door via his driveway onto a little/not at all busy road down to the lake. The lake at the place is great. The short way into the accommodation is golden to get things. The garden and the seating area is great. The kitchen has everything it needs. Shower has power. Basically, as also described, it is a very small garden hut. In the best weather, you can only use it for sleeping anyway. If you want to be at the lake a lot and the weather plays along, I would go back to Jimmy again and again, even if it's not cheap, but that's probably due to the location.

Wonderful and very cozy, modern and comfortable. Spectacular views. Martin and his family are great hosts. Thank you for all, we loved your place. Highly recommended!

It's close to the lake, very walkable, lovely garden with apple trees, would choose again if available.
