What a wonderful surprise! We booked this Airbnb last minute as it was on our way to Taormina. Camastra is a beautiful, quaint little ceramic town off the main highway. What I loved most was the location - it’s in the middle of the city centre, plenty of parking options seconds from the flat…and also seconds away from shops, restaurants & a beautiful viewpoint. I would recommend staying here :) Also, the flat was super spacious. A lot bigger in person which was a bonus. The host was lovely, really does her best to make you feel comfortable. Thank you for everything

We had a very nice visit at Francesco’s cabin. Even though the weather was cold and rainy most of the time we enjoyed the view and walked to the local town for a coffee and ice cream. The road to the house is very narrow and steep, would have been nice with a heads up. But you get used to it. The floor heating by worked great, since we visited during spring and therefore cold weather we missed an inside seating area where you could hang out, that wasn’t the dining room chairs. Perfect place for warm weather and outdoor cooking. Would definitely recommend!

Our visit was very pleasant . Everything was as advertised! Our rental car reservation got mixed up and then we've chosen wrong way so we got to the apartment very late! Mariarita waited passionately on our arrival and was very understanding and welcoming! And later she was always reachable and ready to assist us with some questions. I would recommend this.

I stayed at Viviana’s apartment for one month and absolutely loved it! I combined work and play, with lots of walkabouts in Santo Stefano. Sometimes there was a lot of street noise in the late evenings, but I was able to adjust and was glad to be right along the Main Street. Viviana is an incredible host—we had dinner together twice and she had great recommendations. She’s quick to respond and goes above and beyond. The Anemone apartment is charming—each morning I had my coffee and journaled up on the rooftop terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenean Sea—a perfect way to begin the day. I loved Bar Franco, Manueliana’s, the pescheria and local vegetable and fruit markets. I also had a delicious lunch at Giannino’s. The local townspeople are welcoming and generous—I will not forget them and some have become friends.
