Monthly Rentals in Mount Timpanogos

We had a great time at Kyle & Jamies’s place. Everything was as pictured, clean, and very comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We felt right at home and enjoyed our walk around the nearby lake. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with great hosts. We would definitely come back!

We just concluded a wonderful, 1 month stay at this beautiful place. We were in town for work, visiting our daughter at University of Utah, and skiing and winter recreation on the weekends. This place was beautiful with many high end amenities. It is also a very warm and comfortable space. I was able to work from “home” via the desk and small office area which worked very effectively for me. Our daughter and a friend were able to visit a few weekends and the well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook a few family meals together and just hangout. This location is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the valley and the mountains. Greg and Kathy were wonderful hosts and are very responsive. We had the chance to meet them and they are a wonderful and lovely couple. We look forward to future stays!!!!

Beautiful downstairs apartment in a really nice neighborhood. Everything is clean and new. Kitchen has everything you could need. Hosts are very attentive. Highly recommended.
